if i could give 0 stars i would! i went there to get a screen protector for my son’s iphone. this past saturday…he proceed to take out a protector and didn’t tell me that for him to wipe my phone and add it had a charge but did it anyways. then sees my phone without lens protection and said i needed it and that all of this was guaranteed. when he told me those 2 things were fir a total of 90$ i was so surprised but i shut my mouth and paid. when i left i tried my sons phone and the screen was not working to touch so i went back. he spoke to his coworker in a language i don’t understand, removed the protector then printed one out of a printer and replaced with that. no clue what and why but he told me they replaced it with something that was more expensive. i doubt that because 3 days later the front of my sons phone is now cracked and the lense protector they added to mine was shattered. i do not live in moncton so i have no way of going in store for a while and there is no phone number that i could find! this is terrible service. i regret not saying anything that day. i would suggest avoiding this place at all cost as it will cost you money you never wanted to spend. i never write reviews but i am disgusted by how this was handled it’s like they saw me coming. not impressed!!!!

Not impressed with the service, he seen me coming, as a woman. My grandaughter was visiting from out of province . Her iphone stopped working , and had a stripe down the middle, The guy Fahad, said oh yes he could fix it no problem

Fast service they both came to help me at once I would recommend to anyone looking to get cases or anything els for your phone ..!

This place needs to be investigated and I sincerely hope they dont last long here in our Mall. $40 for a knockoff Otterbox case that you can purchase on amazon for $15 is just cruel. Doesn't help that they act all smiley and coy when they know you're getting ripped off. Don't shop here. Period.
