I used to love their croissants, but they replaced them with ones that taste store bought. Won't be eating here unless they bring them back. Tim Hortons fell off

If there’s zero star I will give this zero The sign inside the stall says Maple Dip but they gave me a different Donut! Yes I did reach out to the Manager and she insist that’s maple Dip! Only to find out it was labeled as Canadian Maple.

I usually come in the nighttime and the staff is really nice. But the morning staff is weird. The made the coffee so weird. I asked for double the amount of stuff and I was charged for it but got a light touch. ☠️☠️☠️

My order was missing two coffees, the tables were dirty and messy with flyes around, we had to ask the staff to clean our table and it took 5 minutes for somebody to come... I won't come back to this place and I would suggest to do only drive thru

coffee from here is rarely ever mixed. I don’t understand because I did this job for years and it only takes 5 seconds to mix it before giving it out. today i showed them that my sugar was sitting at the bottom of my iced coffee and asked them to mix it and they just gave me a stick. I know it’s also easy for me to mix but i’m paying for a service so i don’t feel i should have to even ask because mixing should just happen when it’s made. this happens almost every day around lunch. very disappointing.

This is not the 1st time this has happened to me, that’s the reason i felt like posting it, the first couple of times i was like its a mistake leave it. I had ordered something and they said it will take 5 mins extra i was like no worries, after 5 mins they are like sorry would you like to have something else instead, after I already paid for it. I later agreed to get veggies instead and the veggies were so bad and not so well cooked that i had to throw most of it. I know it happens sometimes but not all the time. :/

The staff really need extra training, as well as the manager! The management was terrible at this location! I come here just because I love the environment here (after the renovation), not the service!Last time I ordered on my phone, I’d waited for 20 minutes, and the staff said what was your order?! WHAT???? I came today, ordered with the staff, I’ve waited for 10 minutes for a sandwich, the staff told me that the lady who took my order didn’t ring it in. WHAT???? After that, I’ve waited for another few minutes for steep tea double double! And I noticed it wasn’t steep tea double double, it was double double! NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!! Super disappointed with this store!!!The mgr did nothing with customers’ complaints!!! Really bad management.

The lady told me come to pick up tomorrow for my iced cap. She cannot make a general item and also refused to refund. “ I don’t know how to refund”. This is hilarious… If you can’t do anything, why are you sitting there wasting my money and time? It is so sad to have such a bad employee who is incapable and irresponsible.

8:53 I order on app for pick up in store. Then I arrived at store at 8:57. And waiting there for 20min! Just one Chocolate creamy chill! Staff looks really unhappy to talk to me. Last time I used app. They tell me never got my order and can not find it. Terrible.

I ordered a Caramel Toffee Cold Brew Large size and a toasted coconut chocolate glazed specialty donut. They were delicious.
