Everything was perfect: easy to book appointment, intake was quick and the dentist and her assistant really listened to me, I can't tell you what a warmly welcomed surprise this is; it has been such a long time since a dentist has heard and considered what I have to say. What made this a 5/5 experience was the Dentist's enormous compassion- this is rare and a huge gift. The dentist verbalized everything she was doing so I clearly understood the process. This is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist here in Canada (I am old so I have lots of experiences) Thank you and I am happy to say, that I will be back and will tell everyone I know about this experience.
