Everyday the bus GPS doesn't work properly causing my child to miss school. It will stop working for long periods of time and it will suddenly start working once it's way passed our stop. No one wants to be guessing when a bus is gonna come by standing outside in the cold. 20+ mins sometimes the GPs won't work. After school as well.

I hope that they drive in a more safe manner with kids on board, because when these big time school bus drivers enter or leave this yard they routinely do so without stopping or looking whatsoever. Shame on the mess!

A star only because I have to. This company is so incompetent. For the past week our kids (special needs) bus is an hour late, we are now going onto our second week of this. They pulled the driver to go do paperwork in their office, because that is more important than taking our kids to school on time. I asked for a call back, however this company if very famous for NEVER calling people back. This company NEEDS to pull up there socks. The sad thing is, we as parents do not get an option as to who our kids get bus service from. I think EPSB, should rethink hiring this unreliable company to drive our kids around.

This has to be the worst bus line, I call my kids saying they won’t be on the bus, the girls who work in the office are unprofessional and rude, and no help at all, I get transferred all over no greeting, your kids must ride a bus line they been with southland for the past 6 years, the bus driver is late every other day like a hour to hour and half, picking up them after school a hour late, There is no excuse why, the GPS never works, my kids miss school, have how many lates. Since the school year we had 4-5 bus drivers, the new one is always late. Very unprofessional and no consideration for other people.

Bus #7914 is travelling in the left lane and crossing the solid line into the opposite lane while travelling south on 50th street. Speed is not consistent, dropping below and above the speed limit causing other vehicles to get frustrated and go around.While still in the left lane the bus speeds up and cuts in front of a dump truck to take the exit onto Henday westbound. How often does this bus take this route and not understand which lane they need to be in? Why are they travelling in the left lane when they intend to exit? What is causing the driver to swerve on the road and have erratic speed?This is not the first time seeing buses that drive this route operating the bus in a manner that is not consistent with safe driving.We are all dealing with a workforce that is unqualified but you have lives in your care and this type of driving is unacceptable. Put your drivers through proper training and evaluate consistently.

There was a Southland bus #6587 going 100 km/hr on the henday today at approximately 7:20 am on January 13! If you care about safety why go over your max legal limit or 90 km/hr. Check your speeds!

My son’s bus route still does have an assigned driver two weeks into his school year. A relief driver does the route after school has already started and arrives up to 100 minutes later than his scheduled pickup time. Definitely not the drivers fault its terrible they don’t have staff support especially when the company signs the contract know what’s required but can’t do the work. They also dropped him off at the wrong address the two first days. I’m missing work and he’s missing school because of this.

GPS on my child's bus is constantly down, and the bus is constantly late during winter months.I have called multiple times and have been transferred to many different people who have no answer about why there is no GPS.They have also put me on hold and hung up on me. Customer service is barely existing. When it's freezing cold it would be cool to know when the bus is coming so we aren't waiting for 30 mins in the cold.

Have left numerous messages at office in regards to bus 6566 between 7:45-7:51am & 4:35-4:52 pm on 10 ave south of Sakaw School (Edmonton) speeding down street, even faster than the UPS, Amazon & Canada Post trucks. Forewarned office that a public post would be made if issue not addressed. This is a 40km zone,,, not a racing straight away. Obviously, driver & office have no regards for accountability for speedlimits & safety regulations. Would give 0 stars if possible!!Update, first week in, 2023,nothing has changed!!First week into February,,,still nothing has changed. Still speeding down the street!!

#5804 was all over the road on henday, three people honking at him. Stepping on it so much the black smoke from exhaust was flooding behind him.Wouldn’t be trusting this guy with driving my children.
