We have engaged a Home Care Assistance aide to look after my husband at night for well over a year and have been very satisfied with the service they provide. The two regular aides (one in the week and another at weekends), who have been with us from the beginning, are very caring. If for some reason one of the regular aides is unable to come, Home Care Assistance finds a replacement and informs us who will be coming. The replacement staff have also been good. The bi-weekly billing works well. Recently, one of the administrative team visited us to assess my husband's condition and to check that his needs are being met. Based on our experience, we would recommend Home Care Assistance to friends.
