Mercedes Country Hills beats every other Mercedes in Calgary!I bought my 2020 GLE 53 in Lone Star Mercedes, overall experience was like fine, ok or average above. The 53 had some issue, and they fixed most thing in time, so not bad. But my 53 was with the regular AMG rims, not the AMG forged rims, it was only disclosed until my trade-in, downtown Mercedes using this point to lower my 53's value, and made me upset about Lone Star for not tell me this.Recently, I recieved a text message from Mercedes downtwon, said their sales manager would like to buy my 53, asking me if it is for sell. I went to downtown, I find a 2021 GLE 63s looking for trade in. Everything was pretty good, the price and the car itself, until, their sales manager offered me a incrediable low price on my 53, I understand that dealers need to make money, but you texted me that you want my 53, so oberviously, I'm expecting a price at least over average market price. But the answer is no, I'm very disappointed, and things are about to change.I was doing research online about GLE 63s, I was trying to get the most value of my 53 and lowest price on 63s like everyone would do. I got contacted by Mercedes Country Hill, their sales manager Bryon called me, he never, ever, breaked my speaking about me just doing research even after knowing I will go to downtown first, he spend 20mins listening my questions about 63s, and answered my concerns about 53's value changing. After my visit downtown, I really don't want to trade the 53 as I can't accpet to lose that much within 6 month. I called Bryon again, said, what he could offer, if the price is simmilar, I don't want to waste both of our time. Bryon didn't make any promise, just said he understand, and wish I could do a quick visit to give me their best price. And he did it, I picked up my 63s next day, within 30 hours. No need to metion everyone, from front desk to finicial manager, knows me, I really like this recognition, I feel connect with this shop. Also my sales person, AMG special list Latif, he is truely better than another other sales person I've ever meet, he is very stright about price and my demandings. That works perfect for me.Again, I understand that dealers make money from buying and selling cars, so for whoever reading this comment, please don't code me as making profit from Country Hills. I just felt I was treated really well by everyone in Country Hills, I'm willing to shop my vehcile here.

Recently added a SL63 from Kent! This is my third Mercedes Benz from him at this location and Kent honestly goes above and beyond for me and all his clients. He will always get you best deal you can for a Mercedes Benz and will constantly take care of you, if you are in the market contact Kent for your next purchase. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Companies that do not honor their word drive me crazy!! The service department lost my appointment time and had the audacity to be rude about it. Seriously, the manager hasn't spoken to me but HAS been combing through old phone recordings to prove my appointment. Why would I randomly show up for a service appointment at 11am, on a Tuesday?In all fairness, the parts department is great!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! Everyone on the team at Mercedes-Benz Country Hills are absolute pros! From the very start Kent made us feel very welcome and that he understood what we were looking for in a vehicle. In getting the paperwork together Ryan and Marie were super quick to respond to any questions I had. Dropped my SUV for service at the Country Hills location this week. Spent around $800 on oil change and brake fluid. Shuttle service was provided and service was completed on time. Dealership did not even look at the interior let alone vacuum, wipe or clean it. It was left even more dirty than before. This is not the first time either. Not impressed!

We bought our 2019 GLC 300 Mercedes-Benz Country Hills, and it was a great first experience with them. We worked with CJ (Cyril Mackenzie) and he is awesome. On day 1, we spent almost whole day looking at different options. CJ has a great patience and very professional as he never imposed us on a specific car. We didn’t found the exact car we were looking for on day 1 and went back. But after 4 days later, CJ found the exact car we were looking for. He called me immediately when it arrived the dealership as he knew what I were looking for. We were so happy that he called because we were about to finalize another car from different dealership.CJ helped me to find my next car that I love to drive and exactly what I was looking for. He kept a lot of patience during bargain process as well and helped me get the right deal. Thank you Mercedes-Benz Country Hills and especially CJ for all their efforts. We also loved the heart-warming gesture from CJ when he gifted my toddler son a toy G-Class which he loves a lot.The purchase process was well-organized and the front office staff were professional. They are very respectful and accommodating and I am pretty sure they are going to be my go to dealership for the times to come too.

Just purchased a car from this location. Atmosphere & people here are very welcoming and have amazing hospitality. Kartik sales rep was respectful, kind & very helpful with helping me find the car I wanted! He did an amazing job giving me answers to all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you were looking for a vehicle. Ted working in finance was amazing to work with! Very kind and respectful, honestly went beyond to help us get the car! I’m so happy that I’ve had a great experience here and was able to purchase a beautiful vehicle. Definitely recommend coming here, & would be telling family about coming here as well! Plus they don’t judge and are great with having kids there!

I recently purchased a car from Mercedes-Benz Country Hills and the experience was quite positive. The dealership exuded professional yet welcoming atmosphere. My salesperson, Gur had a calm demeanor, knew almost everything about his cars by heart and at every stage left enough space for me to comfortably make my decisions. Even though we spent considerable amount of time negotiating the price the overall experience was quite enjoyable. I especially appreciated how he always promptly addressed all my questions and requests. This experience was quite different when compared to another Mercedes dealership in Calgary. There the salesperson spoke with authority yet had no idea about the cars he was selling and had to run back to the computer for every question. So in my mind Country Hills set itself apart and I felt comfortable purchasing from them. My only complaint is that post decision process involved quite a bit of waiting here and there, but it wasn't so bad that it would leave me frustrated. Based on this experience I would go back myself and would recommend Mercedes-Benz Country Hills to others.

I can not say enough about the team at Country Hills Mercedes Benz. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we felt welcomed and valued. Latif, our sales executive , was so friendly and knowledgeable, review all the inspection report and features of the car and advocated to get us great value on the car we purchased. Shane, Ted and Olivia from the finance department made completing the cash deal seemless. They even went so far as to arrange our new registration saving us a trip to the registry office. When we went to pick up the vehicle, Latif was there to great us, sign the paperwork and connected us with Merhi, who was so kind and helped us set up the vehicle and connect our phones, etc which again saved us so much time in trying to figure that out ourselves. Upon getting the vehicle set up, Latif was back with Ryan the Sales Manager to thank us for our business. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a new or used car from this dealership if you want top notch service, great value and a fantastic vehicle. This team really went above and beyond to understand our needs and deliver the perfect vehicle for us, even with a red bow and a bag of snacks for our first road trip!
