Place is great! very close to fanshawe and has a lot of unique features to their building such as work rooms to study in, a gym, and a movie theatre room. the staff is always very supportive and helps you with anything you might need. Overall a great building with friendly and supportive people

Most arrogant and rude building and leasing managers, unprofessional service to tenants, publicly yelling and verbally harassing tenants at the front desk. Have had the worst service from the managers in dealing with rising issues. A beautiful building with terrible service providers can Never be satisfactory. The managers need customer relationship training. To the leading manager, don't bother replying to this because in the last issue I raised to you, you approached me rudely as usual, didnt let me speak and said you didnt care what I had to say and walked out of the conversation before it even started so rudely plus you have done that multiple times with complaints from other tenants which you have admitted to me that you received about your attitude towards them. Such an unprofessional disappointing treatment throughout my stay at Foundry first. Worst experience ever.

DO NOT MOVE HEREThis place is run by mostly students who have no clue what they’re doing, they don't care if you're roommates are causing you serious mental and physical health problems (they wont a low you to switch units) they pair you with the worst people, you pay $35 a month for cleaning and honestly I’ve seen toddlers do a better job. The units are never properly cleaned when you move in and if you're rooming with the staff they like to post photos of your dirty dishes on their very popular and very public instagram accounts. This place is a joke.

The building is close to fanshawe and has a small gym with minimal equipment. The management team is atrocious. They were unorganized and not helpful. They will lose your payments and attempt to charge you again due to their poor system, this happened multiple times as well as ticketing and attempting to tow cars that are properly parked & pay for parking.Overall this place is a headache that you don’t need. Stick to res or get a house

Foundry First is a pretty good place to live in. It has all the amenities you will need like gym, laundry, bike storage and a pretty decent lounge. The best part of living here is the excellent maintenance and support staff.

Foundry First has impressively prioritized the creation of a conducive environment within its structures. Their exceptional customer services and the breathtaking scenery surrounding their premises combine to offer a complete package of comfort that surpasses expectations.

Before I even start my review, go look through all the five star reviews from bot/spam accounts that the company made saying the same few things. You'll find great for school and work

Pros: Very close to Fanshawe College, just cross street / There is a small but very nice Gym. / Laundry is availableCons: Horrible service they just pretend that are helping you, in this place you are literally by yourself / Very noisy on Weekends / Parking lot is insufficientOverall: If you find another alternative close to Fanshawe stay a away from Foundry. If you have no choices and don't need a car (there are buses nearby), it can fulfill your needs

STAY AWAY FROM HERE unless you want to be placed with the noisiest, rudest roommates who party all night long and smoke cigarettes all day. The building management does not care about anything. I have complained about cigarette smoking inside 5 times now and not a single time has anybody gotten back to me or done anything, even though it is against the lease the building makes you sign! If you want to be kept up all night by your noisy and rude roommates and get cancer from their second hand smoke, this is the place for you! Otherwise if you want a nice, quiet, reasonable place to live where management is helpful, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
