Pocket Watch Keepsakes

Sent two emails. From two different accounts. I figured maybe the first email got marked as spam, so I used a second email account that is gmail. Unfortunately received no auto reply, no acknowledgement that my email was being received or looked at. So I had to find another place that does pocket watches.I really like your designs, but there doesn’t seem to be any customer service. The website claims they will reach out in 24 hours. First email was sent on the 12th of December. Second email, 18th of December. No response. All before Christmas. As I said, i really love your designs, but I can’t make the purchase if there seems to be no one available to answer any of my questions.
