He came to my home with a damaged old carpet cleaning machine. it looks like as if he pick that from garbage and attached the plug with a aluminium box. Charge me $80 where as said $55 over the phone. its my 2nd day and my carpet smell bad as well as it is still damp(I put two fans, open the window its 29degree outside). He spoiled my carpet. It really smells bad. More over this guys talks non stop and non sense. Home owners please do not hire him and get cheated. Its better to rent the machine from home deport or superstore and clean. I will give me -5(Minus 5) out of 10.
