The service and ice cream is good but they reduced their hours during covid and still haven't returned to normal. We'd love if they were open later, especially in the summer!

Ice machine is constantly broken. Stood in line again only to be told that they can't make any drinks. A sign would have been nice. Past three times I've visited I walked out empty handed. Maybe they should stick to Dairy Queen and leave Oragnge Julius behind. This way they can stop disappointing me again.

The owner is very rude and impolite man I have ever seen in my life !!!! Also Very bad service ! I would never go there again . Poor DQ !

This one has been here for many years and is a smaller store but has all of the basics people have come to love about DQ. Soft serve and ice cream cakes are a regular draw. I was somewhat disappointed. I ordered I banana split and the ice cream was so soft that it didn't look appetizing. They ran out of chocolate and the banana, cut in two was layered right on top... this was not a satisfying experience.

2 years ago, this Kerrisdale DQ location said they were going to allow customers to scan for points but never implemented this feature.More recently, they do not allow any coupons that *they mail out to my door* OR mobile coupons to be used in store.Hopefully this business dies and leaves Kerrisdale, with something better replacing it. I surely won't support this anti-consumer business model.

It's DQ baby. What's not to love? Hours are always wrong on Google, but the ice cream still slaps.
