Another fantastic visit to the dining room! Today was Christmas Eve brunch and it will become our new tradition. The food was sooooo good (it always is). Just when you think you’ve tasted everything at a breakfast buffet, Chef Chris throws in cold smoked salmon and lobster eggs Benedict - need we say more? AMAZING!!!! They drive out, the atmosphere in the dining room, the view of the lake and the food ALWAYS make for a memorable visit!!

We had a wonderful meal with a great waitress. The view was lovely. We celebrated my husband’s 75th birthday and it was very special. We will definitely be back!

I took my mom to the restaurant here for a Mother’s Day brunch, I have to say it was the best meal I have ever had. They have a top notch chef. It was Buffet style, with a wide variety to choose from and everything was delicious. They also had an omelet station. Where are you could get your omelet made the way that you like. I totally recommend taking your loved ones or your friends to this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

I don’t normally write a bad review but I do have to do this I don’t recommend to come to this place is not worth it. We spent two nights in their campground. The Owner name “Mike “ was very Rude and Unprofessional to most of the campers . The other 3 sites are complaining about his rudeness. He shouldn’t be doing this as he is the owner .Mike , please respect your guests and be polite to others and I think you need to be more “Educated “ Not Us. Why don’t you add to your policy “No tent on the Grass”We will never go back to this place . By the way, you deserved zero star thanks to me i gave you one star.

Beautiful Rustic Restaurant!!Fantastic food with a highlight being the Saturday Prime Rib Dinner. Cooked to perfection and served with a delicious Yorkshire Pudding and fabulous gravy! Includes a starter soup or salad and amazing dessert. Desserts are to die for!!

The rooms are nice and clean. Beautiful grounds, they really have done a nice job on this place. The food was really good. One of the best burgers I've had in awhile.Sitting on the back balcony having a couple cocktails in the sun before dinner was awesome.Definitely recommended this place!

The food is amazing.If your looking for a quiet place with views and walking trails, I would stay in a cabin. No indoor plumbing in cabins but the lake views were worth it

Loved it! I appreciated the menu selection being simple and stocked with comfort food. The design and atmosphere is cozy and warm (visited in the winter). Getting to the restaurant is straight forward following Google maps, there are also road signs when you get closer. Can't wait to visit in the summer, the patio and view of the lake looks amazing!

I booked a reservation for a party of 4 for 6:30PM on May 13th for Mother's Day, and booked the day beforehand because my husband and I are out of town, and we also just wanted to avoid the Mother's Day rush of people and knew restaurants are always busy on days like Mother's Day.I chose Schott's Lake specifically because my mom has been wanting to go there for a long time, and even though she is a local, she just hasn't had time to make it out there. This was our first time for all of us.We got there about 6:15, and it was pretty quiet inside and on the patio. We ordered our drinks, appetizer, and food in roughly 15 minutes, and then we waited over an hour for our food. For even our appetizer to come. Our server told us that there was an issue with the kitchen, and then later said there were 4 cooks, but only 2 were cooking. When our food was finally brought out, my mom's lasagna was room temp/cold, and our appetizer came out after our main dishes were on the table, and it was soggy. We ordered the Bruschetta for the appetizer. The burgers that were ordered were covered in so much, we are assuming jam, that you couldn't taste anything else.The server told us that the kitchen was going to cover our meals, because of the delay, and we thought that was so awesome, and were very appreciative. Once we were done eating, our server said that she would talk to the kitchen about covering our meals, and then later came out saying that they would cover the Bruschetta and the" drinks. We were a bit confused because we were told earlier they were covering our meals
