GREAT staff! Here is the only place we purchase furniture!

Amazing, i am there from 8:30 to 5:30 thats how much i love it

I was in this location October 7th and dealt with a sales person named Cathy. During the transaction, I purchased a king size mattress, box spring and as well a mental frame. During the transaction, she failed to inform me that the only way the mattress is covered by the warranty is if it has a protective cover purchased at your store.I waited for delivery, and upon getting the bed settled in my room I discovered a tear in the mattress! I called the store, and was only then I was told about the cover and warranty. So I had to drive to gfw to purchase said cover, and at this time was told my new mattress would arrive Oct 14th. I have now waited at home ALL DAY, and it is now past 6pm.This is now 2 days wasted waiting for deliveries, and an extra trip to the store due to someone not giving me all the details!I am disgusted with the quality (or lack thereof) of service provided by this location!I will look elsewhere for any other furnishings needed (or wanted).
