Went from not knowing anything to receiving a plethora of information in regards to DIY staining floors. A big thanks goes out to Bob for being a fountain of information and reassurance that we could take on this job ourselves. He offered all the right tools, tips and advice for first timers. We're incredibly happy with the way everything turned out and without a doubt would return to Steeles Paint for future DIY projects - they have great service and knowledgeable staff.

Fist time coming here and was impressed with the organization of the store and the level of service. My only suggestion would be to have an online store to be able to purchase certain accessories etc. But besides that, had a good experience!

Last week I needed to get wall paper rather urgently to be installed within a few days. After calling several paint/wallpaper stores, Steeles Paint was the only place in the GTA who could get me wallpaper from a supplier within 24 hours (everywhere else was 1-2 weeks). Kathy who works in the design department was absolutely amazing. I have to say this was the BEST customer service experience I've had in years! She helped me select the perfect wallpaper for my project and had it brought into the store for the time I needed despite a winter storm! Kathy's customer service was truly above and beyond!!! I recommend this place to everyone, especially for Wallpaper! Ask for Kathy!!!
