Quentin's knowledge in welding and all things related is 2nd to none. Always 1st class customer service and a great experience over the last few years.

We buy our torch and welding gases from here as well as welding parts and supplies. Quentin is always helpful in getting me what I need. Prices are fair. No complaints.

Our family business has been using Air Liquide exclusively since we started serving the Niagara Region, and we haven't been disappointed. The Niagara Falls sales representative Quentin has been helpful and knowledgeable every time I visit the store. Our account executive Alyssa has gone above and beyond in terms of special orders, pricing, and promptly responding to my last minute requests for supplies. The pricing offered is hard to beat, and it's nice that there are locations all across Ontario as we travel from job to job. Hours say till 4 and doors already locked when I get here at 15:55. This is the service I've come to experience and expect from Air Liquide. If only zero stars were an option.

I was recently at this location and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. I was looking for a Miller part and they had a couple in stock. I was told that they could order parts from Miller directly and had a 2-5 day turnaround time.

Just wanted to say..I ran out of wire for my mig welder , called Quentin to ask if he'd wait for me, it was almost closing time. He's bailed me out more than once. Thanks brother. Really appreciate. Welding Business is hard enough. Cheers.

Only positive reviews to share! I have been dealing with Quentin at this location for close to 5 years now. I just recently dealt with Quentin and realized that I haven't taken the time to appreciate his and the stores efforts!I must say, It's been a positive experience since day 1. Quentin is a pleasure to deal with, technically inclined and always willing to assist. Extremely happy with equipment I have purchased from Quentin and this location. (Miller 215, Hypertherm plasma, routine gases, grinding media etc.)Keep up the great work!Shane

I did not realize they closed early on Friday, so I called Quentin and said I would try and be at the shop for 4pm. I was a few minutes late and was worried I would miss him, but Quentin had the bottle and invoice ready for me. Great service... Thanks

My father has been dealing with this shop for decades. Owns his own gear and buys gas when he needs it. He recently rented tanks, oxy/acetylene, for a month for a project. Paid for the rental. He brought them back after two weeks because he was done with them. Then he got an invoice/letter stating he owed them just over $21. When he went to the shop he was told it was a paper shuffling cost because he brought the tanks back early. Apparently a head office thing. Seriously???
