We're thrilled to have found SRFax! The pricing is very reasonable for HIPAA compliant service, and we haven’t had any issues with faxes not sending. We’ve tried other e-fax services and it seems like they have windows of time where faxes consistently fail and you’re stuck until it decides to work again. SRFax has not done that to us. In fact, we’ve even been able to send multiple faxes back to back, rather than standing over a fax machine waiting for the previous fax to finish before we can start the next one. Also, we love the fact that we can pick up the phone and talk to a real person if we have a question. Customer Service has been very helpful!Overall, we highly recommend this service for their reliability, value, and helpfulness!

Excellent, easy, problem-free, good customer service.Billing plans are easy. I have the small plan for 25 faxes per month, and just pay the very small incremental cost per page if I go over in some months.The few questions I've had for customer service were answered quickly and precisely, and in a very nice tone.Most of my faxed 'originals' are already computer based nowadays, and when I do need a scanner I just use my phone or tablet to take the picture and send it via either SR Fax email method or via SR Fax web page.Website is very cleanly arranged for seeing sent, queued, and received faxes, and current billing info.

SRFax is the best online fax service we have used. It so cost effective. We have a large multi doctor dental practice and we needed several separate fax numbers for our staff. We also required a secure healthcare fax to use for (PHI) personal health information. Even though we have multiple individual fax numbers the cost is great! The admin and individual portals are easy to navigate and very useful for tracking faxes. The set up was quick and user friendly. We were faxing in just a few minutes.

We were with another Internet Fax vendor and were very dissatisfied with not only the features it offered, but also the level of service. There are LOTS of fax services out there. We had very specific requirements that set the bar up pretty high. Multiple lines.. same account. Easy to use cover page with signature capability. Print to fax driver... not log into web interface. Longer list but you get the idea.I contacted SRFax to and was pleasantly surprised with a level of support that is almost non-existent in the computer industry. Been doing this for a long time... and the support is quick and concise. Bottom line.... if you are looking at Internet fax... give these guys a call. Great product with support to match.

I have been using SRFax (along with my spouse) for nearly two years now. This is soooo much better than using a FAX machine! It takes up ZERO space in my office, and is always ready to serve my family. This one of my essential services. Whether I need to send or receive FAX messages/documents, it is always ready and able to handle the need.

As a self-employed administrative healthcare professional compliance and security of sensitive information is absolutely a top priority. After researching numerous fax services, SR Fax was the only provider that will provide a signed business agreement. I absolutely love the ability to have a fax print driver that enables me to reduce risk by not having to actually print paper and scan to fax. It also allows to digitally attach a coversheet in the print driver application with my own custom HIPAA disclaimer. Not to mention the ease of saving frequently used numbers. It allows for the attaching of any file extension, and you can preview your file prior to sending. You can also receive an email notice that the number the fax was sent was successful. I pay a few dollars extra per month to have my incoming fax documents OCR. This enables me to copy and paste text or the actual pages. I have been using SR Fax since January 2022 and haven't once thought about changing, this company has it all! Thank you SR Fax for providing the security and awesome features I need!

As a real estate agent, most documents are signed in-person or using the services of DocuSign. Unfortunately there are still some that can only receive faxes, so there remains a need for quality fax services. SRFax provides a very good service for a reasonable annual fee. Other fax services prefer monthly fees -- even if you only need to send one or several faxes a year! Having SRFax available 24/7/365 is a great way to keep costs down while having the ability to send those occasional faxes anytime from your computer.
