We had our truck camper fixed by south 20 RV. This could be a long account of so many difficulties finding good service elsewhere. Rather we would like to highlight Stan and his great staff Carson and Mike. We were ready to sell but now we’ve found good old fashioned service. It’s worth the drive to Humboldt. April 2020- Julie and I purchased a 2020 Ram Rebel at South 20 Dodge Chrysler and RV Center" in Humboldt

After dealing with a few other out of town dealers, Jason and his crew gave me a great price on our new RAM. There was no hassle or back and forth with prices, it was a great price right off the start. The new atmosphere in the dealer is what Humboldt needed.. after buying a few new vehicles in the past and one from out of town, it was nice to get a good buying experience in your hometown! If you are in the market for a new ride, buy your next vehicle local!

The staff here have no idea what they are doing. Highly recommend looking at purchasing a car somewhere else that provides accurate information.

My wife bought a 2014 Ford Explorer back in April. The buying experience was fine enough but I can't recommend this dealership to anyone considering a used vehicle as I don't believe there was any serious effort into refurbishing the vehicle for sale outside of an oil change. I used to work in car sales - I know that dealers make the most money off used vehicles - one way of doing that is to reduce the amount of refurbishing. First off, the vehicle needs new tires. They are the factory Hankook tires which are garbage. The vehicle has 52K on it and there are cracks inside the tread which are more than two inches long. I have pictures of them if South 20 would like to look. We didn't see these cracks when we bought the vehicle and they would have most certainly been there when the vehicle came in on a trade. So now we have to spend $1500 for new tires which should have been taken care of prior to placing the vehicle for sale. The second issue is the molding on the passenger side window: it's not fixed properly so whoever replaced the windshield did a terrible job because there is a large two foot long piece of shiny molded plastic which needs to be glued properly atop the edge of the windshield. And of course cleaning the vehicle out just now, I found a FFUN Motors license plate in one of the seat pockets. The vehicle drives well, but these things should have been taken care of prior to putting it out there for sale. My wife has called about getting issues resolved and nobody has gotten back to her. So, don't buy a used vehicle from these guys - they don't do anything to them when they come in on a trade. And hey, I'd love it if they'd pay for the tires we are putting on this week. Tried to buy a car, got it, and it didn't even pass the safety inspection, for a few things. Didn't even apologize or ask how can we fix the situation, didn't even ask what was wrong with it. They obviously knew anyways.*** Also tried to scam me with a mandatory" $2

We bought our vehicle from Raelene! She was great to deal with. Delivered it over 4 hours to us the next day, with a full tank of gas! Great experience all around, would highly recommend Raelene and South 20 Dodge!
