Was looking for something not city centre I knew my mum would like spur of the moment. All the food and wine was amazing, the staff very friendly, the location just lovely.

I just love this place. It’s a rare trip to Vancouver Island that I don’t visit. The food is all farm-to-table fresh, and made with love. Tip: Always save room for dessert. The owners and staff are welcoming and lovely. The view of the valley stretching off into the distance, speckled with cows, is nourishment for the soul.

We always have a great meal when we come to the Cafe! Wonderful, friendly staff and excellent food. BEST view on the valley - overlooking farmland in the Glenora Valley.We just came back from a meal there tonight and had Stinging Nettle cake with lemon icing ... delicious!During the growing season - pick up a bag of biodynamic vegetables from John and Katy for only $20!

Another amazing birthday lunch! Their soup, pizza & chocolate cake was so yummy.Highly recommended this place for lunch or dinner.

It as a lovely drive out in the country to get to the farm and it does not disappoint. Small but quaint farmhouse with most tables outside. Since it was quite hot, we appreciate the outdoor seating. The view is stunning and the chickens clucking near to our table added to the ambiance. The menu is pretty basic but much of it is made with food grown on the farm. Salads, burgers, soups and pizza and delicious desserts. Very friendly staff and the service is pretty good. It was very busy while we were there, so we went in and helped ourselves to water and cutlery. The pizza was wonderful. Thin crust with great ingredients. Not over the top Cheesy or doughy. My friends had the strawberry/rhubarb crumble, bumbleberry pie and the Pavlova. I had a taste of each and they were top notch. The pavlova, pictured in this review was divine. I don't much like Meringue, but this definitely surprised me with it's light taste. Perhaps it was the blueberries and sauce covering the meringue, which sold it for me! Thanks Alderlea Farm for a great time!

It has wonderfully welcoming staff. The view is beautiful and calming. The pizza is delicious and save room for the homemade pie. I feels like a meal from a working farm. We will be back.

Nice relaxed ambience with young, friendly staff and good, hearty nutritious food! We sat outdoors on their big patio overlooking farmland and green rolling hills. I had a nice pot of strong tea with my meal, which automatically earns my applause!
