I brought my vehicle in to get an insurance claim taken care of, as well as some work on the car paid for out of pocket. On the date of scheduled pick up I called to touch base with the location to ensure everything was ready and was told yes, and was given an amount to pay. The pay amount was the insurance deductible amount. I asked what about the customer pay portion and they indicated that it was missed and did not get done. This missed work from the location resulted in additional cost to be because I had to now rent a vehicle out of pocket due to a mistake on Carstars part! Yes they subsided some of the rental, however, their mistake cost ME money. I was told the vehicle customer pay portion was going to take an additional 5 days to complete. I had expected due to the mix up previously, additional care and effort would be put into completing the work. Carstars you once again failed to meet delivery, and the vehicle was a day late for delivery. Upon inspection of the vehicle several areas which were supposed to be completed were missed again, as well as some quality control finishing issues. -Completely missed front bumper rock chips, and crack on lower valence. -Missed scuffs on both driver and passenger side mirror. -Fish eyes in the paint -Rear trunk lid spoiler flaking paint missed I have had work done at other body shops and this is the first time I would recommend NOT using this facility. You will be nothing short of disappointed with customer service and quality work.

Do not ever go to this place for anything, if your insurance suggests going there ask for an alternative. Right from the start it was nothing but incompetence. I brought my truck in for minor accident repairs with damages to the fender flares, running boards, a tire and a couple of scratches on the door. I paid out of pocket for a second tire and to have a paint peel fixed. The appraiser said that they were going to do a whole list of things but later that list was scaled back. initially he told me that because they have to paint the whole door anyway to repair the paint peel would only cost $85, but after they scaled back on the job list the paint peel was now going to cost me $485, I wasn't happy about it but I agreed to pay it anyway. I had to pick up my truck after hours and I noticed that they didn't replace the running boards, so now I had to book another appointment for that. I was told that forgetting to replace the running was an oversight and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I asked them to verify if they have both running boards, she said I will go and check and later told me that they yes they have both of them, which was a lie because they forgot to order them. The appraiser initially told me that the running boards come in sets of two so they would replace both of them. They confirmed with me three times that they were going to replace both running boards, but after the appointment to install them they only replaced one board and when I asked about this they said that they didn't know that you could order them is sets of two, another lie. I right away said, What is this your first time working on a truck

Intact Insurance recommended I use this body shop as part of a no fault accident. Staff were very helpful and patient. I can be quite demanding, and they took my concerns in stride and produced a very good result for me. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the results to my Durango. I highly recommend them.

I could rate them as “never use this business “, I would do it. Please, see pictures attached. That how they painted my car. I called them on July 25 when the paint sarted peeling off and they booked me for July 28 at 4pm. On July 27 I called them to confirm my appointment, they told me that I do not have any. They did not bother to book me. I asked them for an appoint asap to estimate and, finally, they agreed to book me for Friday , July 29 at 8 am. I was at the location at 7:53 am. The lady said that she can not find find my appointment at all… and sent me to another location. I went to another location and they guess what? They could not find my appointment as well….. so unprofessional. Finally, someone took a look at my car and said they will contact me shortly.Finally, since July 29 no one contacted me and it is peeling even more than 10 days ago.Also, the hood they “fixed” does not close properly.Finally, the manager emailed to me and said that they are going to fix only a patch on my bumper and not the whole thing…. I do not want to come back again and of course would prefer to had everything done properly. So, they booked me for august 16! 11 days from now. ….Well…. I left my car at this shop in august 16, Tuesday. When I came in to pick it up in august 18, I realized that they did not fix it!!! I had three major issues and they fixed only one. The answer to my question why they did not fix the other two, the women replied that they forget. That’s ridiculous!!! And I confirmed with the manager that my car had be fixed completely . So, i still do not have my car. Also, they supposed to pay for my rental car and its insurance. They did not pay and the rental business charged my credit card for a car insurance. Do not use this service!

Absolutely loved dealing with this shop! Our Mustang was in need of some bodywork and they did an amazing job! From the new hood, new windshield, new back trunk piece to the paint job and other little things we absolutely loved their work. Very professional and easy to deal with. Daren Williams did an awesome job guiding us through the process and was extremely knowledgeable and just plain awesome! All the staff was friendly and attentive. I appreciated the frequent updates about the status of my repair. They handled everything with the insurance and the rental.They unexpectedly cleaned the car extremely nicely before giving it back. Much appreciated!

I went through insurance to get my bumper fixed and they sent me to the this location. The ladies who helped me (Roxanne and Cassie, I hope I got their names correct!) were extremely pleasant and professional. I'm very happy with the quality of repair and detailing I received. The entire process (initial estimate, dropoff, pickup) was very smooth and efficient. You can tell they really care about the quality of service they provide here. Overall very happy I came to this location.

My truck looks amazing. They did great job on repairs. And not to mention they used all genuine GMC parts. Thank you soo much to all the hands that had a part in this.
