I was impressed with a wonderful help from Ruppy who organized everything very well for me, as well as Henryk who did my ultrasound, last minute just before closing. It was extremely important for me to have it done at the time of the visit. Thank you ones again to both of you. Maryla

Receptionist at the desk, some young girl who looks like a teenager, is very snappy and rude. Has no compassion or patience. People come for medical tests and are often sick and also worried about what’s going on with their health yet she doesn’t seem to understand that.

This is the worst place. The reception is beyond rude and very short with people asking simple questions. It was an awful experience. They really should consider new management or an overhaul of front staff. If you can, go elsewhere. And this review is not under my name so you won’t find me in your records but rest I assured I was at the office.

Second time around here, I was waiting for my wife and started reading people's review about this place. People usually have some sort of medical conditions that require them to visit here, so it would be nice to show people kindness and compassion. I saw many examples in the review that the people that are not satisfied with the experience they had and only a few that they are happy with their experience. This tells me that the quality of service here is very inconsistent to say the least. If people are late, there are many ways to communicate that their service may be delayed due to the fact. Please choose the way that will make people more comfortable. Anyway, as I was writing this review I just witnessed another lady who was a few minutes late for her ultrasound and not fully prepared for her balder. And staff interaction with her is more towards the negative side, with a lot of the blaming such as, oh you are late, and you don't have a full blader? Etc. In my mind, I am thinking, as a owner or operator, maybe we can do some digging on the patient visit data here, let's evaluate the percentage people who are late for their appointment and look at the composition, such as when do people are most likely to be late, and reasons for having to rebook the appointment, what types of appointment are mostly impacted due to these issues. Maybe we can do something such as sending out automated text messages or email notifications with automatic calendar entries ahead of time? My suggestions probably will address all of the issues, but I feel that may be a good start. People usually don't want to be late or not prepare for their medical exams just to be a jerk, let's help them to be there on time and be ready so they can have a good experience and you can have a better utilization of your medical resources and less stressed staff.

My experience at ODC 71 King St E, Mississauga is fantastic and the staff is very professional. The receptionist Chaksu is friendly and helpful - she always answers my questions. The Technicians Faryal and Faria are very knowledgeable, clear and kind. They also keep the ultrasound area neat and tidy.This is the best location and the staff are truly invaluable:)

Would NEVER go back here, too many reasons to list. The office is dirty, the receptionists are rude. The technician is slow and seemed to be in a bad mood. Waited over an hour in an empty waiting room, had people who came after me going before me. Would give zero stars if I could. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Edited after reply***Yes I understand how a queue works, unfortunately your staff doesn't. I literally walked out and went somewhere else for my x-rays, after your technician prompted another patient who checked in literally over a half hour after me. The technician said something along the lines of if you don't like it here

The worst location that gives you a feel of a third world country. The sign on the elevator/parking does not tell you that the ODC is on the first floor. So you have to guess a floor, come out of the elevator, and connect to the internet using your cellphone data. Then go on the ODC website to find its suite 101 and then assume its first floor. The elevator does not have 1 button, so you you guess again and press L.The person on reception is not trained in basic manners to say hi to customers. Not enough sitting in the lobby for patients waiting. Pay for parking in an area where parking is free everywhere. No wi-fi.OHIP should stop paying for this location. A perfect example of how a lab should not be set.

I am writing a review mainly because of the mask rule. I and all the other patients at this location on King St had no issue wearing a mask- in fact the signs say no mask no service. The only people in the clinic who could not follow this rule were the 2 receptionists. They even came out from behind the desk into the waiting area to refill the masks- without wearing a mask. Ironic being that it's a health care facility. Other than that, I've never waited more than 15-20 mins after my appt time and no other notable events.

I have been trying to get an appointment for an Ultrasound for a week. I have texted a photo of my requisition, no response, I have called while the clinic is open and it said it is closed. I have downloaded the mobile app, selected a time, the time was confirmed and then later the appointment was declined. I have done everything but show up to the office in an attempt to get an appointment and it has been impossible.

Arrived early since I needed to mail my requisition form. Front desk receptionist isn’t even wearing a mask and walking around the place without it on but refuses service if others aren’t wearing one. I waiting for an additional time and I had to get back to work. I don’t understand why make appointments if you can’t accommodate the time! Your staff needs to be friendlier! Do Better… also people that came after me are going before me this doesn’t make sense!
