Pro Passport Photo

This is actually a UPS store that sometimes does passport photos. The website claims they take walk-ins, but during busy shipping times, like before the holidays, they can’t provide the passport photo services because they’re far too busy with shipping services.I wish I had known that before traveling to the store and waiting in line almost half an hour, only to be told that they can’t do passport photos until after the UPS trucks leave, which is after 3:30pm.The staff was polite and they were very busy with shipping customers. I fault the pro passport photo website for claiming their store was open and doesn’t require appointments. They should just be honest and post that they don’t do passport photos until after 3:30pm during the busy shipping season, if the store is a UPS store.
