was very disappointed with the service took almost a month an a haft to find out that a sensor let go and they wouldnt cover it it was just a over a month that the sensor went the engine light was coming on and off three weeks after i got the car but couldnt put it on scanner because it wouldnt stay on call werent return and just got the run around colin was the sale person wont be dealing with them again its good when they chase to buy a car be aware

The service was good up until signing the bill of sale. After that there was poor communication and delays. Had to resort to calling every other day only to be told there is another delay for when the vehicle is ready. It has also been over a month and they have not yet sent me my lisenc3 plate even tho the temp they give you expires after 14 days. Not a single time have they called me to inform me of anything. Good thing the NB Police don't actually do there job enough to pull me over.

I bought my truck two and a half years ago from D&L and already left a review about their terrible service on that. They called me a week ago saying they had a buyer looking for my specific truck (red reg cab shorty gmc) and were willing to pay me above value to sell or trade to them. I told them to let me know what they have for trades and that it would have to be a really good deal for me to even consider dealing with them again.A week later, they text (don’t call for some reason) me saying they have no used trucks to trade that is less than 300$ bi weekly (At the dealerships I can get a brand new truck for that price). During the conversation I was called stupid, and they told me what they valued my truck at, which was BELOW market value. Tried calling the owner multiple times, even left a call back number. No response2 and a half years later, I still do not recommend this dealership

I purchased a car from them this past September. They were nice until I bought the car. Would call me multiple times a week and different people to see if I was ready to purchase from them or not. Why I was taking so long. Huge red flag and I shouldn't of ignored that. Was told I was purchasing a Toyota corolla le, received a Toyota corolla, not an le. The paperwork I signed, didn't match with what I received when they dropped off the car. They forgot to register the car in my name, paid everything in one payment for them to do all of the work. I had to go to service new Brunswick on multiple occasions because of their screw-up and had to practically beg them for my plates. Ignored my calls or texts when I had concerns. Received the car a week late. Pictures I received of the car were nice, but they didn't bother taking a picture of the small dent that was in the side. Not noticeable until you look at it (Entire car is white). They didn't send me pictures of the damage prior to dropping the car off in my driveway. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one would answer my phone call or texts. 7 months later and I now have $900.00 set aside to fix their bad patch up work that they should pay for. What's worse, when people see my D & L sticker on the back of my car and I see that they have one, we exchange the horrible experiences we've had with them. The body shop I am going to is going to remove their sticker from my car free of charge because they feel bad. If you go through Canada drives, I highly suggest not going with D&L motors. They definitely took advantage of this being my first car purchase and treated me poorly.

Got my car here, they worked hard to get me into it and help me out in a hard situation. Recommended anytime.

I purchased a car from Colin a year ago. I was told I needed a co-signer which was no a problem for me. I got my father in law to co sign for me and all went well until 11 month later the transmission broke on the car. So logically I went to finance a new car, this time in my home town. Just to come to find out that the folks at D&L motors weren’t able to get this car approved for me even with a co-signer!! So how did they sell me the car you may ask ? They SECRETLY switched the co-signer and owner. So according to our credit ratings I have not owned this vehicle! I am the co-signer and my father in law is considered the owner!! I’ve not missed a single payment on this for for the entire year before it BROKE. My father in law gets the major credit of this vehicle to his name so when I went to get another SUV (because I have two babies under the age of 2) I was not able to get anything other than a small car because I didn't have ANY MAJOR CREDIT. WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN OUR FIRST HOME WITH THAT CREDIT! I even had a long conversation with Colin when I bought the car, about how good my credit will be after a year of paying off this vehicle! I get you just wanted to sell a car but you screwed kind hearted family in the mean time! You knew exactly what you were doing! Shame on you!

I was very impressed with their services and I'm still impressed. Any problems, they resolve any problems you have. I highly recommend D&L Motors Inc.

Awful place to get a vehicle. They will sell you a hunk of junk and then refuse to take your phone calls. Told us there was nothing wrong with our vehicle, supposedly was just inspected with no issues. Had it 2 days off the lot and started having engine trouble. They refused to speak with us or make any effort to help

Was treated well while buying a vehicle. But the day after I got it I drove 600km and could notice it had a leak. Not something you’d see on a test drive. I called them and they refused to even have it look at. They said it’s not their problem any more. Would not recommend
