If you need paint supplies and experienced and knowledgeable people to deal with, skip the big box store and come here. I worked with Red today to ask multiple questions about products including rust removal, paint brushes, if my paint was still good, etc. His knowledge and customer service was fantastic. Not only did he re mix cans I had for a number of years, he checked them all to see if they were salvageable or not. Saved me a good amount of money by not having to purchase new paint.Support local business. Go where the experts are!

There was a manufacturers error that was addressed and solved very effectively. The dedication to high level customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond in correcting the situation and making it more than right. We really appreciated their smiles and willingness to make us happy. This location takes customer service to a whole new level! There was a misunderstanding between matte and flat, and they exchanged the paint without any fuss or hassle! They were so helpful with product recommendations, they really know their products! Will definitely go back, customer for life!

Jason and the interior designer at Calgary North Decorating helped us to pick the perfect greys for our main-floor reno. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, as we were making our choices. We had shopped around and found it difficult to find a grey that looked great AND would be superior quality to last in our busy household. Ultimately, we chose overcoat for our fireplace mantel and Escarpment for the cabinets. We are thrilled with the look and so far, the paint seems durable ! Thank you, Jason!

We did a complete interior repaint and also changed our cupboards from a cherry to a white. We used all different kinds of paints from magnetic and chalkboard in our boys rooms to changing dark red feature walls to a vibrant orange and of course the cupboard colour swap was dramatic. We were very inexperienced when it came to this project but Jason and his crew were amazing every step of the way! From helping pick the perfect rollers to use for texture on the cupboards, delivering products during COVID shut downs and helping us to remove a spill on the carpet with magnetic paint, they were amazing. I will always use these guys for all my paint and finishing needs and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Jason and crew!!

I'm my opinion, some of the best paint around. The price of paint has skyrocketed and this place is no exception. Best is to buy on sale or on overstocked items. Staff is eager to help.

Service has always been great but just a quick note to management… Can you clean up the paint cans and garbage around the side of your building? It creates a bit of a junkyard vibe in our neighborhood. I would even consider planting a tree in the little garden box outside of your store front as a long-standing business within the community:)
