This is not the typical Mexican (American) restaurant. It is tastefully decorated with a Monarch Butterfly theme...even the garden is planted with Butterfly attraction in mind. I had the Coctel De Camaron, which was big enough to share, but I ate it all! The Flan was the best I ever tasted. I also appreciated the Spanish music...gave me vacation vibes.

Our first time here, wasn't sure about process of ordering before you sit down. More like a fast food feel rather than a sit down restaurant. The food was very good and the people were helpful and friendly. A little on the expensive side but we took home quite a bit because the portions were plenty.

Carnitas were not fresh and almost no flavor. Had plenty of food but the warmest thing were the tortillas. Beans and rice were good. Service was nice and helpful. Weird set up they have going on , didn’t expect the fast food environment.

Food was absolutely a win! Flavor profile of all the hot/mild sauce delicious. The street tacos were the star for me, but quesadillas were just as delicious.

Food was good. The down side was they charge 3.5% if you use a credit card. And when you do use a card the first thing to pop up is how much you are going to tip them. This is before they have actually done anything.

When you go in order at the counter they give u a buzzer. When food is ready they buzz you. The chips and salsa cost u $3.00 I think they should be free while u wait.

I think I found my new favorite Mex spot in Onalaska! This place has great vibes and has modern decor unlike most Mex spots.The red & green tamales are amazing as were the al pastor tacos, and the salsa station has many great choices!The guys working were very nice and polite and seem to keep the place very clean.

Was out shopping and after checking out the reviews decided to stop for lunch. The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. The food was a disappointment though. I ordered 3 different tacos: the al pastor, lingua and carnitas. All mexican style. Unfortunately all 3 were flavorless brown chunks of meat. I could tell the tongue from the texture, but otherwise they were indistinguishable. Anyone familiar with these dishes would (and I am, cook them at home) would be able to taste the difference. Really sad. The owners have probably tried to bland down the food. The homemade salsas were good and I was at least able to add a little heat to these otherwise flavorless tacos.

Had chicken tacos and son had burrito bowl…both very good. Atmosphere: very nice. Speed of service: very good. Price: fair for food. Ordered mangonada, which was a bit pricy but a very unique drink experience. Looking forward to trying other items.
