Sandman Hotel & Suites Regina

One of the better place to stay in Regina. My overall experience was great. Check in and check out was smooth and effortless. The service is excellent, rooms was fantastic; clean as described. I feel so comfortable with nice bed and tv.They have an amazing pool and hot tub.The staff did a great job; welcoming, they are helpful and friendly! Very relaxing get away.

Amazing staff, guest service is excellent. It has to be hard only having one person working the desk, housekeeping was very detailed. I look forward to my next visit.

Our first room was very dated. There were rips in the furniture, everything was quite worn, bathroom was not clean (hair), floor was dirty, stains on sheets in hide a bed. We were moved to a renovated room - staff was great and very accommodating. Renovated room was better but the bathroom floor was still dirty (toenails on floor). All that was provided for a blanket for the pull out bed was an old brown hotel blanket and the mattress was completely flat and uncomfortable. We all ended up sleeping in the king size bed to avoid the pull out bed.

The front of house staff are incredible and the best part of staying at this hotel. The Denny’s is brutal the newly renovated rooms are ok, they are nice but the showers had no thoughts put into it. The doors open backwards and there’s no way to turn on the shower without getting blasted by ice or hot water lol for the two nights a month I’m here it’s fine and I collect points that I can use to stay at the much nicer Signature hotel by Sandman. Nayeem one of the managers at the front is definitely customer service focused and it shows in all the people working up front great job!

We just arrived after 7 hours of road and we are more than happy about everything here. Gueshaan was amazing with us and our dog Mochi. The room is even better than we pictured in our mind.Everything is super comfy and clean.We are really amazed by the place.We recommend 100%

Friendly and helpful staff. Super comfortable bed. I had an excellent sleep. The renovated king suite was very spacious and and the air conditioning was ice cold.

This hotel needs a serious upgrade. No AC in the hallways and holes in the ceiling in hallways. Rooms are falling apart: wallpaper peeling off walls, carpet is stain upon stain, shower head falling apart. Not what you would expect from Sandman. Staff were pleasant and linen was clean but that’s the best I can say about this place.

I am here for work. The staff has been very accommodating. My room is clean, spacious, and bright. The location works great for me as it is close to work and has everything i need across the street.

The hotel room was very nice and fresh, with brand new everything! The shower water took a bit to get hot, but once it did it was amazing! The shower head lets you adjust the pressure and was great! The pillows were absolutely the best and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Just had a stay in the Sandman and the price was definitely right! We got a deal as part of a wedding party and a small upgrade fee that landed us on a nice room.There were some renovations going on that didn't bother us during our stay, free parking which is nice, and it seemed to be close to a lot of things (10-15 minutes max).The AC unit was a little loud in the room, but didn't disturb us (might disturb lighter sleepers), the lights all seemed to flicker on in a creepy bates motel fashion (we might have been in a room, that was due for a renovation soon) but other than that it was a decent place for a couple night stay.Comfy bed, easy check in and check out.I will say that we heard from another guest that they were nearly declined maid service because it was the long weekend" this was kind of a lame excuse
