Simran and Rochelle at this location we’re amazing , definition of customer service and really helped me out with my situation when they did not need to at all !!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Its not the biggest store but still has a great selection.

I love this store especially one of there employees named Cherelle she made my experience wonderful. When I went to pay for my things I was using debt but my Husband changed the bank pin so long story short, Cherelle held onto my items as I told her I would return by the time they closed, not being able to make it back in time. I called the store planning on leaving a message as it was past closing time and yet Cherelle still answered my phone call plus she waited until after close to cash me out, I felt so bad that she waited until after she closed the store and I didn’t come back. Most employees would never go above and beyond like Cherelle did, how kind was that. So my husband went 2 days later Cherelle still had my things. Fantastic customer service by Cherelle thank you Cherelle you are the best! I realized I spelt Cherelle’s name incorrectly, so I wanted to correctly spell her name, sorry about that.

Always had a great experience shopping at this location. Staff is excellent they go above and beyond to help you. You are always greeted and asked if any assistance is needed. This is one of the best Carter’s location to shop from. Satisfied customer!! Will def shop again from this location.

Nice children clothing store good prices

Definitely got the items in different sizes posted on their website and that couldn't have been found anywhere else in other outlets.

The online site has more options. But still a good store. However the cashier was very rude. I just purchased 2 tops and wanted a small bag. She said she doesn't have a small bag. I could see a small bag on the counter and asked her for it. She said very rudely that she doesn't have one. Would not want to deal with that cashier ever again.
