I have attended Meghan’s classes for over 7 years. Meghan caters to all levels of experience, adjusting the classes so that beginners and seasoned attendees all enjoy a fun and challenging workout that fits their ability.Powerhouse Kickboxing is a positive, safe environment, where you will feel supported and encouraged by all who attend the class. It’s also a great release to punch and kick that bag! Try it out!

My kids and I have been training with Meghan since 2019 and it's been the most positive, empowering experience - for all of us, but particularly for my teenagers at a time when they really needed a sense of their own true strength and self-reliance. Highly recommend this inclusive space!
