I bought quite a few pieces at Kare during the summer of the pandemic in 2020. It's one of the few things that I had to look forward to! I had an amazing shopping experience and the customer service is second to none. I had an issue with one of my pieces and Josie was amazing to make sure that it got resolved, via clear expectation management and communication through the entire process. Thank you so much Josie! Being in the interior design and furniture industry makes you realize the difference. I have really enjoyed my experience with Kare Toronto. Josie was so sweet and helpful. She helped me place my order for a coffee table that I've had my eyes on.The table was supposed to come in 6 weeks but she managed to bring it in for me in just 3 weeks. She followed up with me a few times through the process and after, to make sure we are happy with our order. Overall, if you are looking for unique pieces Kare is the place to go. Fantastic experience at Kare from the beginning! Josie looked after my orders diligently and attentively. She not only tracked down a painting I had my eye on forever but she also held my orders for me until I was able to get them picked up (I live in Ottawa). Her product knowledge and ability to explain in detail what I was getting was greatly appreciated, especially because I live far and am unable to be at the store. She even took me on a virtual tour! It really brings to perspective the quality that goes into every item at Kare and the service that reflects that standard.Thank you so much Kare for bringing me joy, especially when it’s needed the most.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a Bubble Tree coat rack from Ottawa. Josie went above and beyond to assist us with the ordering process and kept us informed through a few shipping delays which were due to the Covid situation. The service provided was truly top-notch. We just took delivery of our second Cherry stool, and KARE couldn't have been easier to deal with. From browsing the online catalogue, ordering via Instagram chat, paying over the phone and then arranging contactless delivery, the whole team has been amazing to deal with! I had an amazing experience shopping at Kare Design with the help of Josie! I inquired about a product via email and Josie handled it like I was her only customer. My purchase was a gift and she took such great care wrapping it and adding specific detail for the occasion. Josie's attention detail shows her passion in what she does. How I've fallen in Love with Kare Toronto...Back in September 2020, I went to Queen Street and surprisingly saw the Kare Toronto store. Given that most of my time has been occupied by work, I didn't know Kare Toronto has been on Queen Street downtown for a while. COVID really locked down everyone! The display window caught my attention because it reminded me of the European design which is rarely seen in Toronto.The first thing I was so interested in was their sofa! Many of their sofas in the store are firm and support our back very well! I know they made great furniture.The first piece I purchased is their Sofa Bonita 3-Sitzer. As a designer who is so passionate about art, interior design and architecture, I could see how the Sofa Bonita would match with a meaningful floor lamp to me, the Stilnovo Brass Marble Alberello Floor Lamp! I like how their furniture description provides all the material and details of each furniture piece. Bonell spring is one of the most durable springs if you are looking into a firm sofa.Josie, the Logistics Manager is so attentive to my inquiry and she is so sincere to provide her insights and advise! She asked me how big the entrance of my space and the space between the stairs was so we could make the right decision to get the sofa that could fit into my living space! You never need to worry about the purchase at all! Their moving team also did a great job to bring the sofa upstairs!When I put the Stilnovo floor lamp next to the Sofa Bonita, it is so gorgeous!After this great experience, my place basically has been filled up with a few of the sideboards and bar cabinet! Though the bar cabinet got delayed due to the COVID logistic impact, Kristen, the Assistant Manager has been so patient to make the best arrangement and delivery service for the bar cabinet.If you are looking into the sofa and cabinet, and you know what style could express who you are, you wouldn't regret the furniture pieces from Kare! I could foresee that the furniture I purchased would be staying with me until I need a wheelchair. Many of my friends are so impressed with the furniture craftsmanship when we get together at my place.Looking forward to visiting the store at Oakville when I have a chance in the next couple of months.

I happened to be walking by KARE's shop window one summer evening, and I suddenly spied in their window the most exquisite rabbit lamp I have ever seen in my life. They were closed at the time so I called the next day and asked about it.the friendly staff place an order for me and let me know it would arrive in a couple of months as it was shipping from Europe. To their word they called me a couple of months later and had it all ready for me to take home. I am quite happy with my lamp and my experience with KARE Design Toronto.

I absolutely love this store! I had such a great experience shopping at Kare Toronto. Kristen was my interior designer and did such an amazing job in helping me find the perfect pieces to bring my vision to life. Everything in the store is beautifully crafted, unique, and with top-notch quality, so naturally, most of my space is now furnished by Kare. Thank you to Kristen and the Kare Toronto team for the wonderful service. I'll be back for sure!
