Poor service and it’s getting worse day by day. Vacuums don’t work and the employees keep turning them off. I’ve noticed that when I pay 17 dollar lava shine my car gets a 13 dollar treatment because the car comes out with dirty spots all over the place. I’ve also noticed that after you show the guys working in the front your ticket number they never click off the screen your car wash mode. I’ve been coming here since it’s opened and now it’s falling apart and lack of customer service.

1st time going here for an oil change, the place is clean, staff that I met were courteous and polite.The building has 2 hoists, the guys are not trying to up sell anything more than what the vehicle needs, didn’t ask for extra money to remove the skid plate to get to the oil filter and the guy working on my car wiped any drips off the frame of my car after draining the old oil.Price he told me before I agreed to go ahead with the oil change is exactly what I was charged plus taxes.Good 1st experience.

Price on the sign outside says $39 for an oil change… but no oil filter you will discover. So $62 plus tax for a basic oil change (not synthetic). Pays to look at the fine print. Can’t say I have ever seen a place where the oil filter is ‘extra’ - well now I have. Otherwise fine and you do get a free car was so there is that.

I called before I came in. I specifically asked if I could get an oil change and my winter tires on. I explained on the phone that I have two sets of tires and one set of rims so I asked if I’d need an appointment. They said no. As long as I come before 6 pm I should be okay.I show up the following day and they told me they could only do the oil change not the tires. I got really frustrated and I explained What I was told in the phone. The older guy started to go back and forth with me and was about to take down my car and asked me if I wanted to take my car someplace else. This frustrated me more. It was very inconvenient. I told them to just do the oil change. While I was waiting, a younger guy came in and said he would stay back late to get it done with someone else. That is why I gave 3 stars. He was understanding of the situation.After It was done, I was told to take a photo of the screen because the printer wasn’t working for the mileage sticker to put on my windshield and then I was rushed out. I didn’t receive a receipt. My all season tires were thrown into my car very disorganized. My steering wheel is off Center. I didn’t come in with it like that.Wasn’t a good experience and I won’t be returning. Customer service need to be worked on.

I've been coming here pretty consistently for oil changes. Never had any issues, staff have been friendly and quick. Have recommended it to my family and friends!

When looking to get a quick oil change or tire rotation, this is where I would go. Depending on the time or month, it can be super busy or dead. Also, they have a great car wash station that cleans my car very well and has yet to leave any scratches. Now if you have a super low car ( lowered on coilovers or springs) I don't recommend this place for that they use a certain lift system that doesn't accommodate the low car lifestyle...I do speak from experience. Friendly customer service and also knowledgeable.

Amazing service! I got a tire change done and it went perfectly. Amazing benefit is that it comes with a free car wash. I was running a bit late and they were patient about it which I really appreciated. Helped load my winter tires in my trunk for me as well so I was ready to go when I arrived. amazing prices as well.. Thanks so much, I will be back!

The service was awesome and staff was very knowledgeable! Took my c350 in for a tire and oil change and they did an awesomeJob and very quickly. 10/10 recommend
