Maltby's Well Drilling

Thank you Mark for diagnosing the problem with my well. He had all necessary tooling and knowledge to get the job in an efficient amount of time. He was happy to explain what his process was and guide me through what the necessary repair would be. I will use Maltby's Well Drilling again going forward with my other houses. Until the next one.

On Wed March 09 the day before a storm my water pump broke down i was desperately calling well drillers in the area all i got was answering services i had left my phone numbers no one ever called me back even to this day. When i phoned Mark Maltby he answered the phone the other companys give you a answering service he was on a job and said he would be right over he not only fixed the pump but showed me how to flush out the water tank and as fate would have it the very next day the power went off and i discovered my back up pump was toast i was on my hands and knees with a pot bailing out my sump into a pail and run it up the stairs and dump it in the bath tub we had our basement flood out 2 years ago and i didnt want to go through that HELL again it was a good thing i was home that day. Again i phoned up Mark Maltby and he answered the phone no answering service like the other guy sometimes i wonder whats the point of having a answering service if you have no intensions on calling a potenial customer back. Markbrought over a brand new backup pump and installed the same day i strongly recommend Maltby well drillers a job WELL done Mark no pun intended. Maltby Well Drillers are my go to company for my well and water pump problems."

I can't say enough good things about Maltby's as a company, and about Mark. We need to replace our well but, in the meantime, they helped us ensure we have a working well. Mark was super helpful - fixed our issue and has gone above and beyond to support us with questions and support that are well beyond the scope of the job. Thank you Mark for coming out and repairing our well! We had a hard time finding someone to even just come out and look at the leak. We are so happy with the workmanship and expertise of Mark and his crew. Mark quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the leak in our well and all for a reasonable price. More than satisfied with the price and job done! But even more the customer service was unbelievable! They took the time to trouble shoot with my husband in case it was something he could do himself and when it wasn't they fit us in quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We live over an hour away and they had no problem traveling for us!

I called and spoke to someone who could have easily made an appointment to provide me with a large estimate for some much needed plumbing repairs at my home. Instead he walked me through all of the self checks I could perform myself, all of the areas for potential problems and even gave me advise on how to potentially fix the issue I have. I was blown away by the quality of service.For my sake I hope his recommendations work however if they do not, Maltby's will be my choice!!

Awesome experience. Jack came over immediately and was very thorough. Super nice and charge a very reasonable rate for what he did. Very happy.

I'm not going to bash these guys as they were friendly enough and knowledgeable but beware of the bill. Ask ahead of time cause I received a real shock when I found out I was paying $150/hr for someone to sit behind a wheel during travel time. I paid $435 in labour alone for under 2 hours of work, CRAZY!

The most unreliable company that I had the misfortune to call.Jack, wake up and be reliable with customers.
