I contracted Air Magique to work on my 4 ton Air / Heat unit for my restaurant. I can say for sure that no one for the past years was able to clean and fix the unit the way they did. Moreover, Their customer service is 1st tier for sure and they listen and communicate back to you promptly. . My restaurant is in downtown, they showed up on time as promised and i honestly was able to trust their skills to get the job done with no complaints or them making it seem mission impossible. I highly recommend Air Magique

Air magique's technicians displayed exceptional workmanship. They installed 4 heat pump units at my chalets flawlessly. I'm impressed with their attention to detail and the follow ups. I also took the maintenance package this way I make sure units are always working efficiently for my guests to enjoy their rental.

Benois came to service my heating system, and although there was a bit of a wait time of about 2 weeks before he was available, I was happy with the quality of his work. He was fast, efficient, and professional in his approach, and was able to fix the issues I was having in a timely manner. While the wait time for service was not ideal, I appreciated that the team was upfront about it and that they were able to provide me with an appointment as soon as possible.

I used Air Magique to repair my heating system . Yesterday, I called and request a service call in the morning their technician arrived same day early afternoon. MyProblem was solved same day, frindly office crow technicion, reasonable price I know because of covid and inflation every thing is more expensive but Air Magique price was fair and not like some other companies, I was not over charged.From now on, I will only use there services.I defiantly recomand Air Magique to everyone.

My first contact with Air Magique office to make an appointment: Sara was excellentvery friendly and answers all my questions about the costs and how Air Magique procedures are .I therefore made an appointment to repair my Gas FurnaceReceived a Confirmation of the appointment the day before from Air Magique : excellent, Sara on the phone very courteous.The Visit of the technician: Benoit professional, very courteous and explains how things are going, cost of parts and total cost of Repairing checking the heat pump all the mode in cool and heat, all done in a time that I consider correct.
