Purolator

Said package was being held in Richmond BC. They shipped it to Kamloops. Where no help getting my package back and really didn't care it was lost.

Purolator is the worst shipping company! Worse service I have ever had. Zero possibility of calling Kamloops office to resolve a problem. All you get is an automated customer service machine. Driver said attempted delivery - shipment refused when he never came to the door. They always do the same thing! They don’t even bother to apologize for their mistake!

Brutal, the driver didn't bring the package to the door.. He just stuck a delivery notice to the door and I had to pick the package up myself at the depot.. Do better Purolator!

Staff barely speaks English at call center. Slow in getting corrections completed apparently takes 48 hrs to update address in computer. Drop location continually fouls up delivery sometimes sending my parcels to next town even though postal address is correct or just handing back after delivery to driver as an unclaimed parcel. Never calls or alerts to packages waiting to be picked up. Never have had an positive experience with Purolator and get no positive changes after letting call center know, no wonder UPS and FED EX are gaining ground in Canada even Canada Post is looking better.AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS

Purolator is the worst courier delivery in Canada bar none. I paid to have a part from Canadian Tire in Salmon Arm delivered because the local store in Kamloops did not have it. About a 1 1/2 hour journey by car. Tracking shows Purolator shipped it to Vancouver. It spent two days there, then was sent to Kamloops where I believe it sat for 4 days before someone called and said I could come and get it. I don't have transportation, so that is why I paid to have it delivered. I asked her to deliver it and she said she would. After a few days and no delivery, I called Purolator again and they said they did not have my address. Why would a company accept a parcel for delivery if there is no address on it. I gave them the details and they said it would come tomorrow. Still no package. It has now been two weeks and the levels of incompetence are reaching new lows. I recommend to anybody who reads this that they should avoid this company at all costs if they want to have a successful outcome.They should change their name to Sooner or Later" from Purolator.I am giving them 1 star because I can not leave a lower rating."

Purolator is the WORST shipping company in the country, 100%. Had multiple experiences with online orders gone awry due to their incompetence. 2 recent experiences; ordered a mirror on Amazon and instead of delivering to my house in the shuswap they took it to the Salmon Arm depot. Got a call to pick it up and then they couldn't find the item when I arrived. Eventually they must have found it and shipped it back to Amazon. Ordered a barn door from Wayfair with a promised delivery date. 3 days past the delivery date, tracked the package which had arrived from Vancouver in Kamloops and then mysteriously disappeared with no delivery date available. I realize issues can arise but heading out of town on Sunday with no door delivered and even if they do end up finding it today, they will not do weekend deliveries. Purolator - get out of the shipping/delivery business if you can't do the job competently.

They drive within 50 m of my driveway every day but couldn’t find my address and left my package 500 km away for pick up after bsing about trying to contact me. The absolute worst. Used to give us great service, the daily driver knew us and we knew him, don’t know what happened but I wouldn’t ship with them again or purchase anything from a company that ships with them because I won’t get my package. Canada Post is way more reliable believe it or not!

Apparently I am not the only one unhappy with Purolator. I was expecting to receive two monitors delivered with Purolator. I am working from home and the door is few meters away from my desk. Anyway apparently the driver when he came he just left a note on my door to pick up my packages from their delivery centre instead of ringing or knocking at the door. Now I have to drive there to pick up the packages. I am not sure why the driver didn’t do his job.

My problem is with deliveries, as they never make it to my house, just dropped off at the street, which is 300 meters from my house, no notification that item has been shipped, just left on the road at the start of my driveway.

Tracked my package, it has been sitting in their warehouse for a week! ... Still waiting for it to be delivered...getting impatient
