Nurses and people in Registration are very very nice. Things are very organized. Detailed are explained to me very clearly. I feel no pain at all for the covid vacin immunization. Good job, Carol. Thanks for working over weekends for doing this.

Amazing staff took care of me when lining up to get my COVID shot. Kind and friendly staff. Very polite staff. Keep up the good your staff been doing. Stay safe everyone.

*So far I've only dealt with this centre over the phone. When I see them in person I'll b updating it*I called this afternoon exhausted after calling 15+ places trying to find some information and being given the runaround by everyone. Finally someone mentioned this place and I was saved! Immediately the phone was answered (like instantly) by a person named Tamara. She was so kind and well mannered, happy (but not in a creepy way), and was so ready and able to help me!She had to place me on hold twice, and all together it was less than 3min. She even said sorry that was so long

My troubled teenager daughter has some problems, I was referred to their service by other health service. After I called them, they showed concerns and booked a mobile service to visit my home. The two so called professionals came on time, but don't look liked nice and show really concerned. They did ask some questions and give some suggestions, but they have time limit and rushed to leave. Most annoying me is that they just talked to me in front of my daughter that my daughter's playing games time is not quite much compared to other kids, also they got this answer from my daughter, I believe she lied. Even not much, they shouldn't say that in front of my daughter. After they left, my daughter played even more the next day. Also, they criticized me in front of my daughter that I read my daughter's journal one night since she came back very late, so I was worried and searched some clues in her room that I breached the trust, even they don't say, I know that, but other social worker just say Every parent does that

The ONLY reason I've given this place one star is because I literally HAVE to in order to write this.I sat in the waiting area of over one hour, only to find out that the doctor I was supposed to see isn't even working today. Apparently it was 'booked off' but not in the schedule. It took over 40 minutes of waiting for someone to try finding the person I was supposed to see. I will never be returning here again. These people do not value your time.

Hit and miss with the front desk receptionist. One of them can be very abrasive and rude with her tone when speaking to you. The services provided are good, just the front end could really be less angry and annoyed with the general public.

I’m a first time mom and I went with my son for his first round of vaccines.Peggy took care of us, she explained everything very carefully and made sure I was comfortable with what we were doing. She was very kind and talked to me for a while to make sure I was doing fine during the post partum.

Went today with my 4 month old baby to get her second round of shots. Everybody was very helpful and nurses very soft and kind. My baby didn't even cry for the fist shot and a half. (Got 3 needles today, ouch). Very clean and spacious place. Recommended.
