Bought a brand new Tahoe Pontoon from here and got great service from Steve, Laura and Jesse. I'm new to boating and staff was able to answer all my questions. I went to other boat dealers before coming to see Boatland RV Marine and was very happy with how much better the communication and pricing was for new pontoons. I felt that they were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this staff to family and friends. I'm looking forward to enjoying the boating season with my family and friends for years to come.Thanks again for all the help and I will definitely be in touch with you guys if I need anything else in the future.

We purchased our boat about 5 years ago from Frank. He and his staff have been simply amazing to work with. He has been doing all maintenance, storage and transportation of our boat out to Rice Lake every year. If there were any maintenance issues to the boat Frank insured they were quickly resolved . We would highly recommend Frank , Laura and staff for your boating and trailer needs John & Sue Teague

Bought a new boat through Frank,. Had an issue (manufacturers defect) and Frank stepped up and got me back on the water within the week. If you need a boat or RV call Frank or Laura. They were excellent to deal with and would do so again in a second. One star off because the salesperson (not Frank or Laura) has very poor customer service skills.

Spoke to Steve about a trailer. I asked if there was any room to negotiate, and instead of saying there wasn't, he adds money to the asking price. I said the list price is lower

Terrible!!!! They were supposed to de-winterize our travel trailer in late April 2021. We finally got out camping and the lines were still full of anti freeze! Not to mention the kitchen sink pipes were unscrewed for some reason causing a minor flood in our trailer. Luckily we were at a park with full hook up otherwise it would have taken forever to flush and dump the tank. We then took it to a provincial park and had no water hookup, we turned on the water pump and no water came. We had to unscrew the seat coverings and figure out which valve to turn on. We paid good money to have this all done for us. They literally did nothing they were supposed to do and charged us. Absolutely brutal. I tried to help out a small business during Covid, never again!

We bought a RV from them trailer and sales were fine but after getting the trailer in the park the fridge only ran on propane not AC and lost several dollars in food over the 4 week period they did purchace a few parts but still no luck finally I took the fridge apart and fixed it myself as there was a few issues that the new main board installed by boatland was not wired correctly and element was not pulling proper ohms and wanted to switch to propane...bottom line no call backs after several attempts and wound up fixing it myself after paying for a PDI and still had to buy new parts to repair the fridge on my own.Shame on them for poor customer service will not buy again.

I was holding back not to do this but enough is enough.Went to purchase a brand new pantoon. The did not have a brand new unit, only a demo was available which I was okay with it. Was told the unit will be ready in few weeks because it had to be licensed , inspected, washed. And also ourchesded a bigger engine and that had to be installed. Which again I was okay with it.Delivery time.Pantoon was sitting outside. Not washed, not clean. Had mechanics greasy fingerprints all over the interior. It was sitting outside uncovered And because it's been raining for few days after all the compartments under the seats were full of water. Even though the unit was sold with a FULL COVER! I was told that it was so dirty it's because it was rainingWent to hook up the trailer. Found out the wires on the light connector were damages and had to be repaired.Picked up the boat went to gas station coudnt out gas in it because it kept spilling! Went back to dealership they took it a part found out mechanic left grease inside an air vent tube so the it PREVENTED GAS FLOW!While in process of repairs the mechanic also noticed that the new motor had a WRONG PROP ON IT!!Had to get that changed too!!After all this finally put the pantoon in the water came back a week later to find that the BATTERY IS FULLY DRAINED!Still can't figure it out why as everything was completely off and it's only been about a week since we had it running before. On closer inspection found out that even BATTERY TERMINALS WERE ALSO LOOSE!!So the unit was never inspected in my view and it was just brought outside she showroom and was left outside untill delivery date!!Very disappointed and upset at the whole process!! As this supposed to be a pleasant time!! Very unprofessional! No customer skills or care or appreciation what so ever!!!I will be fallowing up with Better Business Bureau! And taking this further!And the whole financial part of the deal I would have to write a whole different review on its own!!I woudnt ever rare this process as a (1!)

One starI took a 25 hp outboard in last october for servicing as it was hard to pull/ start with understanding that i wanted it back by May holiday weekend.I phoned in March and i was told they could not try starting it as there water test tank was outside and frozen.I phoned about two weeks ago and they said the cylinder head was shot but could tell me nothing further.I had a knowledgable friend phone and he was told there was a hole in the cylinder. Today i picked it up and talked to the mechanic" and he said he had removed the spark plug and inserted a camera and found the cylinder wall was scored.The story sure was garbled between the workers and the service desk person. They never did phone me.Make your own judgements."
