We had about $20,000 worth of windows and doors replaced on our house by Gauthier Glass and their knowledge, workmanship, and reliability have all been top notch. We really felt like they were working with us to make us as happy as possible.A warranty issue with some of the thermopanes was handled quickly and very professionally, and I feel they really back their products. We even went to them when we had a problem with a door installed by another company, and they very quickly sorted it out for us. We've referred family and friends to Gauthier Glass, and they've all been very pleased with the windows and doors they've had installed as well.
