The Mobile Shop

I went to the mobile shop to see if they could help me find a better deal regarding new phones and plans. I was looking to setup a total of new 4 phones (currently had 3 with a different provider but was looking to switch and get new). Mike was able to get me 4 new iPhone 8s, with a plan that had more data for less than what I was currently paying for 3 phones. On top of that I made back 400,000 PC points which was amazing! I Definitely recommend the mobile shop to anyone who is looking to get the most out of their device and plan that does no break the bank.

In short, my elderly mom needed a new flip phone as the one I had bought her in the summer was not user friendly, and as it turns out had other multiple issues. I ditched it and went to the Mobile Shop. Michael ordered an Alcatel flip 3 from a sister store in Lindsay. Within a few days it arrived and he spent the better part of an hour registering the sim card to my mom's phone plan, and hooked her up nicely. She is now texting/calling again, and is happy with her new phone. Thank you so much Michael.

Ben and Mike were so helpful when I was looking to upgrade my phone. They were friendly and a joy to talk to. I recently accompanied my friend to the mobility shop at the super centre in peterboroMy friends had dropped her phone in the lake and had no luck with Virgin Mobility, we were greeted by Matt who took this difficult and expensive situation and went above and beyond to make my friends experience more pleasant. In the line up for assistance he was amazing with everyone completely thorough and multitasking along the way. I have worked as a corporate travel agent 40 years and always notice service in a country where I find service becoming extinct, this young man was extremely knowledgeable and professional surely an asset to his employer. I highly suggest anyone needing phone service see Matt at this store

Went there today to buy a Pc mobile sim card for grandpa and let me tell ya I Cannot express in words how satisfied I was with the customer service Matt Pink was very knowledgeable and friendly helping me choose the best mobile plan for grandpa. Thanks Matt!

I had a very lovely experience purchasing a phone today from a sales associate, Pinky. He was extremely helpful and informative. It was very busy there and he was able to handle it with such ease and professionalism. I have already recommended him as an associate to my friends. A 10/10 experience!

Do yourself a favour and go to the Mobile shop (See Ben!) Before going anywhere else. They got me the best deal, were able to compete against the big guys and the customer service is amazing! I will always go back here before anywhere else!
