Duke electric is amazing! I brought them a large 12 volt electric motor that was shorting out. The manufacturer said it had to be replaced (bow thruster on a boat) but Duke electric agreed to have a look.( I called 3 other shops and none would evaluate it). I now have a working bow thruster! This is an old and odd motor. Great customer service, communication, and good value!

My table saw stopped working, I took the capacitor to dukes. They tested it and confirmed the capacitor was broken, when they didn’t have a replacement in stock they directed me to where I could get one. Saws back up and running. Great customer service.

I just wanted to say what excellent service we received from Ken this week when we needed a new motor for our furnace. He was fantastic, and gave my husband advice and suggestions on how to best make the swap. So nice to find people who genuinely enjoy what they do!
