Went to have some rings resized and felt so welcomed. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy or repair jewelry. We also had watch batteries replaced which they did while we waited.

My experience with Knappett jewellers was a 10/10. We had an engagement ring and band custom designed by Vida and she did a fantastic job. It was exactly what we asked for and it’s beautiful! Paul helped me to navigate a decision regarding a family heirloom and he put a lot of time and effort into coming up with the right plan. Customer service was excellent and there is reason they have been an important part of Newmarket small businesses for 50 years!

We purchased both our wedding bands and my fiancé purchased my engagement ring from here - Veda helped us tremendously! The customer service is top tier and they truly go above above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. They always greet us with a smile and make a point to polish up our rings whenever we’re in the store so they’re at full sparkle. 10’s across the board, would recommend!!

I can’t say enough about Knappet! I worked for months with Paul to design the ring of my dreams. He was patient, didn’t pressure me, listened to exactly what I wanted, and even went and changed an aspect of the ring once it was done. He made my fiancé feel comfortable with such a big purchase! We will be going to Knappet for all future jewelry needs and would recommend to all!
