Found them while doing a search for a specific funko pop. Turned out they had lots of other I wanted too. Placed my order and my products were dispatched. Fast forward a couple of weeks later the package arrived. Some of the pops I order arrived damaged. The box they came in had no visible damage. The product page made no mention of any existing damage.I thought I was buying products in good to near mint condition.I reached out to them via WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, email and by phone, no response from them.been trying for a week now. Just trying to get in touch and discuss any viable options of a replacement or partial refund. Absolutely no customer service from them.

Accepted my payment; sent nothing; no contact! I placed an order in Sept 2022. By November, had still received nothing, no tracking info, and seller would not respond to my inquiries. Finally I had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Seller had 45 days to act. He waited until the bitter end before being forced to issue the refund. If you don't have the items you advertised, just be honest with the customer, don't accept their money and then ghost them. Appalling. Avoid this store". >:("
