Never returns calls. Very unprofessional.Edited to add in response: I tried to contact this service provider many times on different periods one of which being Aug 2022 (and others). I used to refer others here as well only to be told the same. I’m sure there is always a reason why call backs are not made, but please know this shows unprofessionalism and a lack of follow through.

Nicole was a pleasure to work with. She easily and patiently answered all of our questions and brought up some potential issues that we never even thought of. She drove out to our place 25 minutes south of the city twice!I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her expertise.

I started dealing with Nicole in Aug 2022 for a simple divorce, she collected my payment and divorce papers were signed. That was one of the last times I heard from her. December 2022 I followed up as the 30-60 days I was told was long past and I still had no divorce certificate. Nicole responded that something was done incorrect, she would submit again. From there I contacted her at least 5 times by email, text & phone call with no response. I finally went to the courthouse in March to follow up, where I was informed that nothing had been submitted.7 months and $1200 later, nothing had been done. After trying to reach her yet again, I was then told that she would take care of it when she returned to Canada (Mar 15/23). I have tried to contact her 2 more times since that date with no response.
