The Sea House Fish and Chips
The portions are small but so is the price, good value for the money. Very friendly and good, fast service. My wife and I got clam chowder and the 2 piece halibut and chips and coke to drink. I will go back again for sure.

Excellent quality fish for far cheaper than anywhere else.I got the fish burger. On its own, it was rather plain, but I added a little dill ranch dressing and it was fantastic. Also, the fries needed salt, but just add salt yourself.The cokeslaw was better than pretty much everywhere I have gone.Where else are you going to get a good quality fish burger and fries for $8.50? Most places that I know are twice that price.

The most awful restaurant I’ve ever went. I wanted halibut and chips but they made me find an ATM and bring cash because they accept only cash, not even E-transfer. After I brought cash, they said they don’t have any halibuts for 2 months. The staffs are old Chinese who don’t really speak English, difficult in communication.

The Sea House Fish and Chips
A great low key small local restaurant for my craving for fish and chips. Haha. They only take cash, but the amount and quality of food is phenomenal. One order of 2-piece fish and chips is only about $8. We had a full table of food for only $39. Lovely Cantonese speaking ladies always smile and say thanks. Will definitely come back.

Exceedingly reason pieces, like a flash back to 15 years ago. Excellent quality of fish and shockingly fresh (I watched them bread and fry it infront of me).Go spend your money here!

Stunned by the hospitality of the aged owner from Hong Kong, reminds me of those family-own chippy in London, UK (always forget there’s London in Canada). The hand cut chips are sooo great and sadly no fresh halibut until summer. Batter is thin and just right. And they have malt vinegar! If there’s HP sauce I would be more than delighted. Will definitely come back and chat with them.

I was super impressed by this place and almost cried for the quality and price. How can this be so cheap but tasty?? The combo is less than $7 and it includes fish, chips, seafood chowder soup, coleslaw, mayo sauce, ketchup. And one of the staff approached to me and asked how the food is. I can see that they are so caring of customers. Everything was great, but the greatest one was seafood soup. I was really craving for a cream soup, and I was fully satisfied with this soup. The French fries were ordinary though. The black coffee was instant one but it was only $1.5, so I liked it. I will visit again for sure !!!

Update: price has gone up at least 25-35% last monthDelicious!!Fish batter was thin, light and crunchy. Everything so fresh.1 piece combo includes fries and soup for $7. $5.5 if you don’t need soup.2 pieces combo for $10Cash only I believe

The Sea House Fish and Chips
This place is not at all fancy, but it has the best fish and chips I've found in Vancouver. The crust was beautiful and crispy, while the fish was perfectly cooked on the inside. Not at all over-cooked and dry. It was perfect.
