Motel Horizon
If I could give 10 stars I would.An oasis after a long trip. This charming motel felt like home. Well cared for with clean rooms and really comfy beds and comforters.Quiet and with a great view of the water.Wonderful staff and a great restaurant for breakfast right next door.If you're in the Charlevoix region and need a cozy place to stay, stop here, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay, spotless and quiet. Owner is very friendly. We always stay here when crossing the ferry.

The owner was amazing and kind. We were extremely tired from traveling all day, he didn't have rooms available but he saw we had a trailer and gave us water and power for a low fee. He has a beautiful property well taken care of and a fire pit. As well the property has a great view of the Saint Lawrence. The owner is bilingual speaking fleunt French and English. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I showed up late, and without a reservation. Owner done more than I'd ever expect. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a great talk with him, and a few other guests, the following morning before I left also.

Amazing gem of a hotel! The scent of fresh lavender everywhere you go. Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything was new and modern. The view was spectacular!!! James took me in right as he shut down the front desk at 10pm, and was a wonderful and thoughtful host!

The room was immaculate! James is very friendly and knowledgeable. James took the time to chat and showed us his vegetable garden and introduced us to Teddy his fur baby. Had a nice continental breakfast with his homemade muffins. Would stay again if we are in the area.
