We went to wash my car and during the first rinse, the hosepipe stuck to my right mirror. Everything stopped and it told us that we were finished. We then backed out, paid for a second cleaning and the same thing happened. My husband called the number on the bill and the person persisted with him, telling him that we weren't in line. How not to be in line with an Hyundai accent hatchback... We have two photos that prove the opposite.Now we have to go to a Mazda to claim a refund. Please do not call the number on the bill. Unprofessional and arrogant customer service.

Went into get wash spent 14 bucks got nothing. The car wash screamed exit at us for about 5 mins and shut right down. The worst part is when I google the business there's no phone number to call an attendant or the owner to tell them the car wash is not working and no one around to service the car wash. Watched 3 other people behind leave as well. Don't know if they paid but this place is ripping people off left and right. Horrible car wash.

This used to be a great place to get a car wash but unfortunately now not so much. The tap payment machine is fairly finicky, but I didn't have any major issues until the latest run. I was trying to get the $10 premium wash like I always did, but unfortunately this time the debit machine and the car wash machine seemed out of sync. It charged me $16 for some reason, gave me $6 in change, but still only gave me the $6 wash. Won't be going back to this one, will go to Pembroke or just hand wash from now on.

It was ok but way to much soap left on my vehicle.i had to go to do it yourself to wash off all the excess soap.first time using touchless and it will be my last.

Just tried to get my car washed today. Paid twice, no receipt provided and the wash bay never opened. Opened for others ahead, but not us! The only number available is for Edwards Mazda which was closed. Out $28 + time and still need to get the car clean.

Usually open, 24hrs. Have only seen it closed for maintenance once during a blizzard, otherwise consistent. Cheap compared to any of the big brand gas-stop car washes in the city. I’ve never seen any huge line-ups (3 cars max) but 9/10 you’re the only person there

So the same thing happened to me today where I paid $14 and didn't receive a wash. After calling Soapie Joe's Laundromat in Pembroke they mentioned that Edwards Mazda owns the carwash and I have added their phone number and website to Google Maps. I called Edwards and they will just give you your money back if this happens.

Ive used this location about 5 times in the last 2 years and habe never had a problem. Today i had small black dots all over my car once ingot out and it was really caked on.
