ALDO

One of the worst Aldo stores in K-W region. The sales girls were not trained properly. They had no information about the current promotions or sale going on. I went to the store to redeem my birthday discount but none of the store representatives were aware of the process. It took them such long time to figure out even though I showed them the email I received from Aldo. They treated me as if I was there ask for free stuff. Even the store manager/Supervisor ( I wonder how they were a fit for that position) had no knowledge of process and was struggling to process the transaction. No customer service at all.

Why do I have to call the other ALDO store to do a return? Hoops I jumped through then ended up handing my phone to the associate to finish the return! Your people should be able to dial a phone to help with returns. Alot more training is required at this location. Customer service .. ??

Taylor and and Brianna were so kind and helpful when I was shopping today and we even shared a few laughs. Sometimes trips to the mall are a painful process, but these two made my experience so fun!

Went in this Thursday to ask about a specific pair of shoes that I was interested in and I was shook to see such horrible customer service from the girl who was working there (tall,brunette in a ponytail, wearing animal print). No greetings whatsoever and when I went ahead to show her a picture of the pair of shoes I was looking for, she barely looked at my phone while rudely dismissing me saying that she would have to order them and then proceeded to leave abruptly. Offered no help whatsoever and left me standing helplessly in the store. Horrible customer service which possibly involves racism as I can detect from previous reviews and their staff attitude. Avoid at all cost!

We were ill treated by the manager Morgan when we declined to share our email address for the receipt and wanted a printed one instead. She agreed to give us a gift receipt but not a purchase receipt. When we told her that it's a personal information and I don't want to share it she said now you're upsetting me love". I think Aldo really need to think how their store face represents them. Never going back their again unless they find a better person."

Staff couldn’t find my store pickup order the first time. Had to check my receipt twice in order to get the item. Staff could be trained to get complete information the first time.

I hate going to this Aldo because of their poor customer service. I'll always order online and have it shipped to store just to avoid speaking to their employees for long periods of time. Whenever I go to pick up my orders, the workers there are always pretending like they don't see that I've been waiting at the cash for 10 minutes.I will say though, that the 1 positive customer experience I've had there was when one of the male employees assisted me. He was very helpful.

Got scam by the cashier Aashna and her manager Morgan. She charged us for the shoe wiper without letting me know that the item is not free. I only realized the issue after receiving the receipt. I ask for the refund but the manager Morgan refused and challenged me to contact to higher managers though this is her staff fault. She lied to me about the return policy that the item couldn't be refunded. However, the return policy doesn't indicate such policy. I witnessed that they did the samething with other customers. I will escalate this issue to Ontario Consumer Protection board.

Horrible customer service.I was there a week ago and tried on many shoes for a function. I had a great experience so thought I would go back to try to find summer shoes. I was told they don’t carry size 10 in stores. Yet I was there just a week ago and had no problem?Very disappointed with the way I was treated. They were very quick to mention they can just order them for me but at that point after the way I was spoken to and treated I had no interest. They didn’t really seem to care to help.
