Great service. I arrived 15 mins before closing time with 7 big parcels to ship. They helped me tape everything up and stayed back to ensure that everything was ready to ship before closing. Thank you for all your help. ☺️

I CANNOT ELABORATE WHAT A PATHETIC MESS THIS PLACE IS. I went there for a photograph for my passport and they are so unorganized and annoying that for a photograph I had to wait for good 35 minutes to have a photo because they cannot handle their customers in a dignified manner. The main guy was on the phone solving Another issue and other two women were just standing while I waited for a picture. They overcharge you for the photos and take so much time of yours. If possible go to another place and get your pictures taken. DONOT come here even if its the last place for photos. Pathetic!

I would give 0 if it was possible, i was there last morning & had to ship a parcel to Ontario ; the guy at the counter was so rude & looked like he just woke & came to his shift; when I asked him as to what the various options are to mail the package, he just was not willing to explain it properly and kept on pushing me to purchase the express one even though I was not in a rush with my parcel. Would never visit the store again & I just hope that they deliver the parcel safe and sound ( now that I have read the other reviews where it seems like they misplace the parcels quite often )

Attempted to mail the same card twice from this location. Both times returned back to me within 3 weeks without an explanation. I went in the third time to try to figure out what the issue is and instead of appropriately providing customer service and a solution, the manager decided to be extremely defensive, ignorant and clearly uninterested in helping. It was truly a disappointing experience.

I came here to pickup a parcel. I had a delivery card my parcel was ready to be picked up. Normally when I go to the office even before 1pm pickup that it says on the card, I have had no issues picking up a parcel early. I went to the counter and the lady there was very rude. She looked at the card, and told me pickup is after 1pm and said deliveries won't come in till after then.She never scanned my slip nothing to check. I walked out thinking ok, my bad. I'll come back later. 2 mins later a recieved a email saying my parcel is at the location and ready for pickup, I called (same lady answered) and said yes it's there. I went in and simply said my parcel was here and you couldn't have just checked? She had a rude reply and excuses aswell no sorry. I hope next time she simply just scans the slip to see If the parcel is there out of convenience to the customer.

Wait times up to an hour, no sense or urgency when people are waiting. Canada post should stop using this location and just use their own location on KG.

This is a review on Pearl Photo. I went in to have some passport photos taken on June 27. 2022. The attendant was very rude, racist, and somehow managed to sabotage my photos. They were returned to me and now I have to go to another company to have them redone. Please avoid this place especially if you are a black. Stay away from the places/people who maintains systemic racism in Canada.

Got my passport photos there, and they were edited digitally without my consent, resulting in my passport application being denied. I then had to go there to get new photos taken and had to pay and trust this place yet again when they messed up my photos to begin with

Don’t even want to give them one star. Horrible experience of picking up my parcel here, staff here were rude and impolite, and refused to give me the parcel even I showed my expired driver license and valid credit card, valid Costco membership card with my name and photo on it, they treated me like a thief. Will Never go to this store for any services. Will report and complain their bad service to Canada post.
