Mark Burgess was a pleasure to work with. Shopping for a property from outside of the province isn't easy, but Mark went way out of his way to help me. He took the trouble to do thorough video calls so I could see the properties as if I was there in person. He recommended professionals for inspections and due diligence. When we finally found a property, he followed up every step of the way, and even after closing.

Mark made my experience as a first time home buyer smooth and easy. He was well informed about the local real estate market and open to share his wealth of knowledge. He was also very honest when viewing homes, pointing out potential problems, but also pointing out problems that could be fixed with a simple DIY. He even went out of his way to find me a plumber to conduct my sewer line inspection and a lawyer to deal with the paperwork.
