Albacore is a hidden tiny seafood restaurant that is family friendly. The waitress was the best among all the restaurants we visited during our stay at Quebec. Our recommendation is the salmon risotto hands down!

The food experience at Albacore was fantastic. I ordered 3 appertizers instead of 1 appertizer and 1 main dish as the waiter's recommendation and it was a right decision because the amount was generous for 1 person.The food was perfect to my eyes, nose and tongue. The service was good too, they didn't let me wait too long for the food eventhough I was alone. Thank you for your service and talented chefs. :) <3 Love it!

First of all, food was great. I ordered the double calamari. The fried calamari was basic but everything else in the plate tasted good. I especially liked the calamari steak, it was tender and delicious. My family also ordered the Sea and the fried cod. Everyone agreed their food tasted great.Now the service.. Everyone but our server was great. One of the first thing he said to us was, English?" And when we said yes

Overall, the best French cuisine I ever had. Not too crazy about the blood pudding Ravioli, and the rice of the seafood paella was not fully cooked, not sure if this how it is suppose to be. And I have not had better waiter like Ben for a long time, very fast, and attentive.

On a perfect night for terrace dining, we enjoyed supremely fresh PEI oysters, scrumptious oyster and veal pasta, delicious Atlantic salmon, and a wonderful white wine to accompany it.Surprising to us was that the desserts were equally great: crème brûlée and a mille feuilleService was attentive but not overbearing.Overall one of our best meals in Quebec.

Extremely friendly staff, took the time to answer all our questions, even though we didn't speak French. Amazing views of the city from the outside seating, food was plentiful - the servings are pretty big, and innovative. We tried the oysters, taco and burrata, followed by the calamari and cod with gnocchi - all hit the spot The drinks were quite well balanced. Would definitely recommend, and try to fit in again before we leave.
