Amazing service at this Edible Arrangement Location. They go out of their way to accommodate special requests and I highly recommend these gifts for anyone looking to send something special to someone in Montreal vicinity (including parents providing healthy treats for university students!)

Customer service: 12/10Actual product bought: 4/10I order a 135$ fruits basket (Delicious Celebration® - Dipped Fruit Delight) and was REALLY disappoint with the size and quality of fruits.The employees of the store were super nice and respond to all my questions. Nothing to say about that.But the fruits……paying 135$ for a package that seems ‘’big’’ … ended up having a lot of lettuce for filling!!Strawberry very bad quality as well.

Put an order through a few days ago. Got an awesome service at the time of delivery. Really appreciated to extra length they went to, and the constant communication with me. Will definitely be ordering from this store again.

Fraud company. Too many people including myself has paid for arrangements that suddenly don’t exist in their system. They also have extremely rude employees. Do not order from here.
