I recently went in for a minor change on a very sentimental necklace I received last week. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was present for the interaction with the other customer who was ahead of me also. They were incredible to him and I recalled thinking how we don’t see that kind of service anymore. Then it was my turn and I could not believe it; no charge to replace the small piece I needed. I had not been to Legend for a few years and still receive their emails thankfully which kept them fresh in my mind when I needed my repair. I rarely buy jewellery but next time I need anything I will bring my business there and I will refer everyone I know. It’s not just because it was free, it is that they are a class act. Absolutely incredible service, they’re very welcoming and every visit is like seeing a friend. I’ve come in to have a couple watches and a ring resized and I was always greeted with a warm welcome and saw to what I needed. I recently got the desire to buy a chain and knew exactly who to go to.
