My hot water tank decided to conk out. Mark had his technician Nathan at my house to assess the problem within half an hour. Nathan was knowledgeable and very professional, and stopped the massive amounts of water flooding my basement immediately.Mark had a brand new hot water tank at my house and installed within 5 hours of my first panicked call to him. He knew that with 5 kids and 2 adults it would be difficult for us to be without hot water.What an amazing company, and I can’t thank the two of them enough.Great Job! I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.Thanks!

He never showed up. He delayed the project for 9 months. We still do not have hot water in our home! Unreliable and difficult to contact.
