1) I bought two Pulse Oximeters from the company. One was broken out of the box. Luckily, I tested them on the spot and had it replaced. But what if I found out it at home? I would have had another like 1h round trip to have it replaced. Not good, they should have quality check prior to the sale.2) The price. Aliexpress sells exactly the same unit for less than CAD6, shipping included. The company sells it $25 each, i.e. FOUR times of its retail price. I find it excessive and unreasonable.3) The unit does not work on kids, which is not specified in the description.4) The readings are not accurate: sometimes it shows 77% then jumps to 88%. When I switch the finger it shows 95%. Which one is right? BAD ACCURACY, you cannot rely on it.5) I got two units with different firmware one displays the picture as in the listing, display on the other unit shows different picture (less functionality).On the positive side, the company replies real-time. It was very easy to make an appointment for pick-up. The sales person came down fast and he replaced the broken unit on the spot. So, the company is good, but the Pulse Oximeter they sell is overpriced and of low quality.Edit: Since the owner replied to my review asking me to contact him to solve the problems, I have to respond to him.Dear MedTechies, I had communicated to you all my concerns that are covered in my review before making it public, but you refused to address any of them. What is the point of your answer here?
